Day comes from a legendary family ofl drivers.  DNA trumps most everything...from 15th to first is more than impressive, keep you eyes on him.

Definitely will do.  On top of his phenomenal performances I've watched on Flo, I was in the stands at Knoxville in mid-June.  Kid is no joke in the winged-410.  Definitely more than impressive.  We'll see where he goes from here.  I would lean towards him having success in anything he drives, but we won't know until he takes those next steps----and he will be offered those next steps.

Next Larson?  Very possible.  Better than Larson, overall?  Long ways to go, but he's looking as badass in the sprint cars for sure.

I think Day is very talented, as was his dad, however I don't think it's fair to compare him to Larson.

People are quick to forget, or maybe didn't know, when Larson showed up around here 13+ years ago and was winning at tracks he'd never seen, in a winged 410, non wing, 360, midget.

Back to the subject. Stating someone " is average at best" isn't a compliment. How much experience does he have in a wing, running against stiff competition in the second best national sprint car series in the US?

Good points on Larson vs. Day.

On the topic at hand--How about "average at best" results?  No compliments.  No praise.  Just reading his results.  He'll be just fine whether he ends up figuring the wings out, or decides to run non-wings.  He's a damned good driver, and will find a way to run sprint cars professionally if that's what he wants to do.
