I'm assuming that the haulers were in the infield because of the rain the track got yesterday?   Those of us sitting lower on the back stretch couldn't see the front stretch at all.   Obviously we're hoping the haulers won't be there tonight?

There was a chance of bad storms coming through so they made that call to keep the haulers in the infield. I expect they will be on outside the remainder of the week.

Per Knoxville Twitter

NEWS: Race teams will be allowed to keep haulers in the infield tonight with the threat of weather. We apologize to our fans for any obstructed views. We want our teams to be safe and protect their equipment in the event of any weather that may come our way. Thank You!

Figured this was the case but still was a let down. Dad and and I both mentioned it. I think by four the threat was mostly past but get it as they have expensive equipment to protect. I was high enough it wasn't bad but no doubt when they are out its way better for those rows 15 and down.
