I have the same problems even with gig speed internet and blazing fast speeds up and down with Ziply fiber. I even hardwired the LG SMART TV I watch on and it didn't help. Dirt Vision works flawlessly for me so it seems here in WA state FLO just sucks....

When they first went live at 5 p.m. I was watching on a WiFi connected laptop and it buffered constantly. I also have 1G speed on my ISP. I went to the PC in my bedroom, which is ethernet connected and it wasn't doing it. By time trials I was watching on my LG TV through a Roku device and never had an issue all way through the features.
All that said I'm cancelling Flo anyway just because I rarely watch it and much of their high limit coverage has sucked.

The only time mine ever buffers is later on in the evening, usually during the feature as a battle for the lead is about to happen. It's never buffered during a commercial however.

One thing I've experienced in the past, is when internet service providers advertise a high transfer rate, but the moment they see that you're downloading something big, or watching a movie, or streaming, they instantly restrict your transfer rate.
To check to see if that's what your service provider is doing, go to google and run a Speed Test and jot down your download speed.
Then start one of the above mentioned high transfer processes.
If all of the sudden you're experiencing buffering (etc.), then leave that process running, go back to google and rerun your Speed Test.
If all of the sudden your download rate has significantly decreased, it's probably your internet service provider causing it.
You also want to make sure that your streaming device has at least the minimum requirements as shown in their tech page, in this case, https://support.flosports.tv/s/ and https://support.flosports.tv/s/article/Why-do-I-keep-getting-bumped-from-my-stream for starters.

I hooked up a pod which seems to have strengthened my wi-fi signal and I also changed my TV to gaming mode. That has stopped the glitching and buffering so far. It was getting unwatchable before that. There is also a flosports app that can be dowloaded to a roku, firestick or apple(aOS) tv that is supposed to work well. For some incredibly dumb reason you can't download the app to a smart tv - have to cast or connect with hdmi.

Now I'm not home but up at my daughter's place, but it was horrid last night. I have no idea what her ISP is since she's in the hospital having a baby. I had already decided to cancel Flo, which I'm doing as soon as I get back home.

I would assume that as well except Dirt Vision and every single other streaming service works perfectly for me. I only have trouble with buffering and errors when they go to commercials with FLO. Zero problems with others, riddle me that....
