Justin Sanderss led the way on Saturday nights A main show. 40 laps of non stop action and led all 40 laps.  The payday was $62,000. PLUS,  another $20K for leading ALL forty circuits or, $500.for every lap led.

Another plus was that if you towed more than 250 miles tow money was paid!  Hats of to Kevin Rudeen and his entire crew for the transformation of  Skagit, Well done.

I dont have a dog in this fight, I just love sprint car racing...

Ascot was the greatest of all time..

West Capital wasn't half bad either..

Life is good...

Dirt Cup was indeed a fun weekend. The racing was enjoyable and the atmosphere was nice. Got to see people I don't see very often. Even got to meet people I have seen around but never talked to. Also the upgrades done to the track were interesting, the pits definitely look more organized. It was weird not seeing the old tower. The upgrade to the stands are nice. Justin Sanders was on a mission that is for sure. Corey Day was very impressive, but then again, he's been on a terror all year long. Definitely coming back up for the Summer Nationals at the end of July and might make it back up for the Saturday WoO show.
