Noah Gass finished 2nd at Husets tonight. Seems like a weird place to use a non sanction freebie. Anyone know more?

Wonder when the last time he got a $4000.00 paycheck... seems like a pretty good freebie.

I was hoping with the Outlaws and All-Stars in the area, there would be few others use it as a tuneup for the High Banks.
Thanx,

The ones that make the most sense from a non-drivers perspective don't necessarily make sense to someone who'd have a very real chance of missing the feature altogether at Lernerville/Eldora/Port or any of the remaining High Limit races. Getting practice at a track where they're racing for 250K here shortly makes a bunch of sense.

Was thinking the same. Using a freebie to get some laps at a track that has a 250K race coming up makes a lot of sense to me. Not sure if this was even considered a freebie though. Last I knew, WOO drivers were allowed to race at a track that is on the WOO schedule on their off days. Maybe that's changed, I don't keep up with the outlaws and their rules too closely.
