Tidbits/OKPR (405) 740-4769 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - December 3, 2007 - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - Events promoter Greg Deatherage of Wichita Falls, Texas has announced the official show dates for his annual Oklahoma City Racers Auction, Trade Show and Swap Meet and the acquisition of the promotion of the annual Kansas Auto Racers Auction in Wichita. Deatherage and event partner Joe Headrick have announced that the 20th Annual Kansas Auto Racers Auction will take place Thursday through Sunday, December 27-30, at the Kansas Coliseum in Wichita. Whether it be sprint car racing to modifieds, late models to factory stocks or mini stocks, this prestigious and well-known off season event draws hundreds of racers and dozens of product vendors from throughout the midwest. Consignment days will be Thursday from I:00 PM until 7:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM with the auction and trade show beginning at 8:00 AM both Saturday and Sunday. One week later and a two and a half hour trip down I-35 will see Deatherage and his staff ready for the 10th Annual Oklahoma City Racers Auction, Trade Show and Swap Meet on Friday and Saturday, January 4-5, 2007, inside the Made in Oklahoma Building, located on the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds in Oklahoma City. Consignment will be held on Friday from 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM with the annual auction and trade show starting at 8:00 AM on Saturday morning. Vendor and consignment reservations are now being accepted for either the Kansas show and/or OKC show with early arrangements strongly encouraged. There will be a special discount for all vendors who reserve booth space for both shows. Booth space available for this annual event and all potential vendors are encouraged to send in call and reserve your tables as soon as possible. Prospective customers from Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Colorado and Louisiana have all attended this show in the past and are expected to do so again this year.
