Doesn't matter regional or national. It still doesn't hurt either organization letting them race during the week when that are not racing.

It does when tracks start scheduling races around woo races to get the big names instead of paying the sanction fee it's been said on here before but your thick as a brick head can't comprehend that.

That is not a reason to not allow your driver's to race on a Tuesday night. I don't care if they are 5 miles from the next outlaw show. It will NOT hurt the outlaws show. This is NOT racing against any series. The worst rule EVER!
Let's go Sprint Car Racing!
Rico - 9 wins
Donny - 0 wins That is right the big fat zero!
Knoxville - Best Track In the USA!
Eldora - 2nd Best Track in the USA!

Live streaming has changed dirt track racing. It appears the market will still need to sort out the distribution of the revenue. Even with NASCAR there is talk of teams running there own races , because they don't think they are getting enough of tv revenue. The positive is live streaming is a new source of revenue.
At the end of the day, race teams will survive if they get enough from, purses, point funds, sponsorship or an owner willing to fund. Fans will decide how many and how much to pay to go to races or watch. Promoters need to balance income with expenses to keep the lights on. Sanctioning bodies are the conductor of the process setting fees, purses, controlling live streaming.
In all sports, ego is a big part it, you hope it can be checked for the good of the sport. Let's face it, love them or hate the, World of Outlaws is the marquee sanactioning body. You hope they do the right decision to attract the "best" teams to promote the sport around the country. You will also have some teams stay "local" for a variety of reasons. But that's always occurred, can the outlaws take the locals money. WoO has showed some flexibility but still trying to protect the "brand".
High Limit exist for one reason, Flo wanted more racing content. While a major step in improving purses , will it be a postive for the sport. I find it interesting several teams chasing points, wonder what it will do to there travel expenses. Interesting times for 410 sprint car racing.

You mean he was dominating before he reached the age where most driver's start to fade compared to the new generation of drivers?
It's kinda like when I see someone ask "What's wrong with Sammy?"...............he's 176 years old! He's gonna slow down at some point!

I guess according to just about everyone on here. I am not supposed to go to Lernerville on Sept 26th and then head to the National open at Williamsgrove to see the outlaws. Fans will never go to both or will they? The outlaws will not survive with 12 high limit races a year. We have to find a way to shut down the high limit racing before they start running 12 Tuesday nights in 2024. We can't have that. The drivers and owners make more money this way. We have to have them racing for 10 grand most nights.
No I didn't forget about how the fans aren't going to show up at the track now that we have 12 high limit races. They will go to them and say the heck with the outlaws therefore leaving the promoters stuck with an outlaw show they can't pay...since all the fans went to the show Tuesday night. That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of.....but it is your story....not mine.

What I said is 100 percent the truth. What I said is spot on the way everyone thinks this will hurt the outlaws. It will NOT hurt them at all!

Heard Shatz was working on an exclusive agreement to bring the stick-signaling flagman to the series and won't race without him.

Did you have to read Harrison Bergeron in school? It's a science fiction book by Kurt Vonnegut about a dystopian future where the handicapper general penalizes people who have talent. For example, a ballerina has to wear weights on her ankles. A professor has an earpiece that squeals to scatter his thoughts. In that future world, the most successful sprint car drivers would be forced to race with Ford motors.

Thanks for clearing it up. If the Outlaws would just let them run the High Limit Series, that would make you happy? I don't know why I was thinking you had stated you thought the Outlaws should let their Platinum drivers race wherever they wanted. I must have dreamt that. So now you're going to set the parameters yourself by declaring the High Limit Series as the other series they should be able to run----------but no others. Am I correct?

No it is not. HOW MANY TIMES DUE I HAVE TO SAY IT. IT WILL NOT HURT THE WRG ONE LITTLE BIT IF THEY LET THERE TEAMS RACE ON A TUESDAY NIGHT. NOT FINACIALLY ONE BIT. SORRY BUT YOU ARE DEAD WRONG!!
The only thing that is hurt by them racing on a Tuesday night is they are hurting the PRIDE of the WRG! That is the bottom line!
Let's go Sprint Car Racing!
