Kassidy Kreitz 12th at Port in her 410 debut. Pretty darn good for any driver at that track/that field of cars. No fluke, either - a lot of good drivers and good cars behind her - like 13th place Mike Wagner. Perhaps better than her dad's and her dad's driver's debuts.
It's a huge jump from 305's to 410's.

Does she plan to run a full schedule and will that essentially be a 2nd car from the 69K team?

the 2/7 podcast episode of winged nation had donny kreitz on first. it's been a few weeks since i listened...but it seems like they're keeping a fairly limited schedule. she wants to go full time. it doesn't sound like her job will make it possible for her to race as much as she wants.

Sure she is going to run well on a dry slick 19 second lap time feature. Lets see what happens on a well prepared, heavy track like Selinsgrove or Lincoln.

Well since most drivers, I know they are unqualified, say that slick tracks take more skill..she should do pretty good.

The real racers prefer dry slick tracks. Those races require skill in order to go fast. You have to use both feet and your brain! A heavy track just requires a good starting poistion and holding your right foot to the floor.
Go to a race track. If it's a fast, heavy track and the leader is doing 16 second laps, so is everybody else and it's follow the leader. If it's slicked over and the leader is doing 19 second laps, there's usually a couple guys further back that are doing 17 or 18 second laps and passing cars. Racing isn't about speed, it's about passing.

Racing is about speed to me. I will take that kind of track any day over an ice skating rink track.

I would love to go there but too far away. If I want to watch slow racing I would to to Port or watch the 270 micros at Path Valley.

Awe, come on Strawser. You're not even trying to pretend you don't have two screen names anymore.

I drive 5 hrs. to go to Pa. tracks & get tired of you & BS Trouser constantly whining about one track
If you don't like PORT ROYAL, don't go there & SHUT UP ABOUT IT
This thread began telling us about a new driver, & ONCE AGAIN, you & BS felt compelled to hijack it into your ENDLESS WHINING about The Speed Palace
Please stop....

I will never ever go to Port. Too much gas money to get there and it is 15 minutes from my house.
Lincoln is 1.5 hours from my house and it is about the right amount of gas money to get there.
I don't mind Kassidy or Lance. You misspoke it is the slow palace.

i feel like there could be a thread about cherry blossoms and somehow it would get turned into talking about the "slow palace".
looking forward to 2 potential trips up there this weekend. i'd like to see briggs danner with a wing on his car and kyle larson in the late model.
by the way...if lincoln is the right price for gas...please give joe biden credit and go ahead and take out the part in your tag line complaining about gas prices.

They do come out earlier around Lincoln than they do in Juniata county.

ONE 410 race in her career (12th place finish) and you are calling it a "New Dream Team"? My word...what a STUPID statement.

Nope my signature line stays. Lincoln is the right price not Port!
I hope Kassidy can improve on her 12th place finish the next time she races.
In PA, December of 2020 gas prices in pa 2.00 a gallon. Before invasion 3.75 a gallon today's price is 4.19 all this with a few strokes of his pen.
