Renegades Sprint Car Series Launches New Site, 2022 Schedule & More!

3/4/22 Garland, TX (by DarinShort.com). The Renegades Sprint Car Series has been taking the upper Midwest and High Plains by storm with six regional groups, and today, the hub of the series, the Pirtek (of St. Paul and Plymouth) Upper Midwest Sprint Series (UMSS) is pleased to announce their website, www.UMSprints.com has a new online home.

At the new site, fans and racing teams can view the new 2022 UMSS (Minnesota and western Wisconsin) 37-event schedule and links to the regional Renegade series:

  • Chequamegon Renegades (CRSS, north central Wisconsin)
  • Mid-American Renegades (MARS, Iowa, MN & western WI)
  • Northern Renegades (NRSS, north MN, ND and western WI)
  • Western Renegades (WRSS, North Dakota)
  • Rocky Mountain Renegades (Montana)

The new UMSprints.com site also contains the 2022 series rules (for all regions) plus all required forms for teams to complete.

The site will be evolving from time to time as seasonal topics come and go. For example, right now the big push as teams prepare for the new season is a series of tech videos posted at the site. Once the season gets rolling, individual events will be the focus on the homepage – in order to keep teams and fans in the loop with the latest of news and happenings.

You’ll also be able to visit the site for the latest event videos and images. Several of each are already loaded from the 2021 racing season.

There is a plethora of additional information posted within the site, such as series sponsors (with direct links), series officials and their contact info, as well as the mission of the series.

And maybe you are interested in getting involved with the series, or even owning/operating your own Renegades region? If so, that information and process can be found on the home page as well…just click www.UMSprints.com to get the wheels turning.

Built on the foundation of the past with a focus to the future, the Upper Midwest Sprint Car Series (UMSS) and its Renegades Racing Brand diminishes the influence of “the almighty dollar” and returns the emphasis to driver skill and nerve while fostering a culture of inclusion and support among all participants and their families.

What started with four cars in 2011, now encompasses multiple series and well over 100 teams. The Renegades are the fastest growing sprint car organization in the country. The Renegades Racing Brand provides a sustainable set of rules and a culture that allows the average person with a family, job and mortgage to fulfill their dream of driving a sprint car.

If you are a sprint car racing fan, click  UMSprints.com to check out the Renegades racing schedules for your area.

And if you are a driver looking for a viable solution to getting behind the wheel of a sprint car, look no further! Just call to Ron Bernhagen (612-363-5302) or Caley Emerson (218-398-7807) to get more information.

The series would also like to thank the businesses that support the Renegade Sprint Series, including Pirtek (of St. Paul and Plymouth), Hoosier Racing Tire NorthCedar Lake SpeedwayGT Transport LLCP WON PerformanceTrack Rat PhotosReaction Time Sports PodcastFYE TV and GRP Motorsports.
