I'm 6'2, 285.  Former basketball and rugby player.  Tried to be a bodybuilder at one point.  Still workout and swim a lot.

My neck kills me the most after a race and sometimes my shoulders.  My right leg does kill me occasionally from trying to smash the throttle through the floor pan.

On most tracks, I barely break a sweat and wished we raced 100 lappers and instead of 25 lappers. I always feel I'm getting faster toward the end while others are tiring out.

Except when we race big, high banked tracks like Lancaster Speedway in South Carolina.  Something about the pressure on my chest and heart have me barely surviving a six lap dash almost to the point of passing out.  It feels like Larry the Cable Guy is sitting in my lap the whole time.

I see Kasey Kahne a lot since I work part time at Kahne Screen Printing.  That dude is taking exercising serious and probably in better shape than all the Outlaw drivers.  Dude looks like he's either getting ready for a Triathilon (sp?) event or an MMA fight as jacked up as he looks after working out when he's hanging around the shop.

Let's open up the floor to a seldomly talked about subject in motorsports racing.  What do you think is the most worked body part of a driver and why?

If you were to be on a fitness program focused on improving as a driver, what areas do you think should be hit on the most and why?

The question was once asked of Tony Stewart.  Tony said the most excercise he gets is changing TV channels on his remote.
