How does James McFadden collect 75 points for the WoO series considering he didnt race?

The sanctioning body ruled that he'll receive 75 "unforseen circumstance points" for each race he misses.
He's in Australia waiting for his kid to be born and there are quarantines, travel restrictions, and other things of that ilk that are in place becasue of COVID-19.
