The #33 in Tidbits from the Past had to be Emmett Hahn. Looks like Jackie Howerton's 007 beside it. Joe Cox owned the car. Photo was taken probably 1968, or maybe 1969. Chick Gicaletto drove it until Emmet took over.

Not sure about the #1 in front of the 33 but back when they moved from Taft to the fairgrounds, C.J. Ruckman drove for Joe Cox. C.J. was out of Wagner, OK. At least he was living in Wagner at the time of his death.

Gicaletto started the year in the 33 then quit driving when Karl Bolton got hurt in the Cordray DX car. Not sure about C.J. in the 33. In 1966 C.J. was driving the orange #2 sedan which he later switched numbers to #21. Emmett drove the 33 in 1967 for sure. C. J. drove 221 for Jr. Taft later on.. Looking back at some pictures, the 33 photo would have been taken in 1966,
