False starts, jumping restarts and all of that have been part of racing forever. USAC especially seems to really get into that. With todays technology all the major series have in car radio contact with race control... Why don't we just tell everyone, get side by side... stay there until race control yells, "GREEN" and we will do it in this general area... end of issue.... Or not ???

Nothing wrong with that.
In 2020 we were supposed to have flying cars. Why can't there be something in the car timed to the restart area. If the leader's car accelerates before the transponder hits the restart area, they're sent back a row. No arguments.

Its not usually the Leader that jumps the start its the guys behind them that jump it. At least thats been my obeservations over the many years. The biggest problems with false starts is the accidents that they cause, someone always want to go faster than the flow of traffic, weather its on the Race track before the start or on the Highway in rush hour. Some idiot want to go faster and causes an accident

That is one thing I enjoy about Boone Speedway they don't mess with that stuff. If you jump you get docked 2 or 3 spots from your finish and they keep it green. They also don't let you get a yellow and stay in the race during heats which speeds the show along a lot. That wouldn't work as well with a sprint since they can't fire up as easy but I love that about them.
