Very interesting bill! I do something very similar on pitgate.com for the Ohio drivers but use a different method of tallying up points that does not include strength of field. Interestingly enough, our top 5 were all the same drivers but in a different order. The top 5 listed here for your Ohio rankings also matches the one that was released earlier in the year as well by another media outlet (cannot recall who).
