Hmmmm....looks like I'm going to have to fire up Mr Peabody's WayBack machine to get around SOME of you folks. According to usually unreliable sources, Swick was the last driver to win any kind of season-long award (BCRA Rookie of the Year) in a non-caged car. The guy who bought that car from him was killed in it, even using a cage, which says something about that era of sprint car racing.
