Very happy for Mike Heffner to finally get a 410 win this year. Really tough year. Sure didn't think it was going to happen even last night after starting on the pole. Thought DD had him a couple of times.

Sometimes it takes that first win to open the dike. Ryan has actually been very competative with a lot of top 5's since coming back from his concussion and switching to an X-1 chassis.

Yea I actually thought the X-1 chassis would be a real negative.

Why would that have been a negative? Ryan has long been a supporter of X-1 and essentially ushered them into Central PA carrying that torch. It's what he likes and feels coimfortable in and has had all of his success in for the most part.
If there hadn't been so much equipment leftover from after Greg's passing, they'd have likely went straight in with them to begin with. The real question is, is it too little too late or is it a sign of commitment that they were willing to try something more to Ryan's liking heading into 2020

Although a relatively small chassis manufactuer, it is my undersyanding that the X-1 cars are well made and engineered. Besides Ryan Smith, Dylan Cisney has had success running one this season along with Jason Barney, Chuck Hebing, Ryan Kissinger, Larry Wight and Coby Wormer all getting wins in the 360 ranks. Personally I like it when a new player comes onto the scene in the world of Maxims, J&J's and xXx's etc.
