Rules are pretty clear have to run all 9 races to win points. Why is any car (including the 69) even on the list once you miss an event?

I think the boys are very lucky Lance didn't go to Selinsgrove and is not going to Hagerstown. Without going to Selinsgrove he is still leading the points. That car is starting to roll! Look out! Three very wise men!
Let's go Sprint Car Racing!
Knoxville - Best Track In the USA!
Eldora - 2nd Best Track in the USA!

Can you help me out with this one. I'm not seeing that requirement in the rules. Where am I missing it? I see that points positions 1-10 pay specified amounts provided the series gets all 9 races in. I would imagine there would be an adjustment if several races were lost to rain. There is then a provision that the next four drivers not in the top 10 who ran all the races are given a few bucks but I'm not seeing anything that you can't finish in the top 10 or even win it if you didn't run them all.

Rules could definitely be written better. I think OP is mistaking the sentence "Point Fund total dependent on all 9 races being completed." as a requirement for drivers to run all 9 races. In reality, I think it's more meaning that all 9 need to be ran for the payouts to be that much.
I think it gets a llittle bit confusing in that they're offering the $250 bonus to the next four drivers who run all 9 races.

Correct. There is no such rule. If you have the most points, you are the champion.

If it is just 8 races or 3, point fund is pro-rated.
