If it rains out opening night of the Short Track Nationals, will they have a similar program as they did last year when the Thursday night program was a wash, so they raced the Friday program and then the Thurs. program on Saturday with the finale later that night??

there's the million dollar question. I tried callin I-30 all day today not once got an answer. So I guess the only person in the know that we can ask and get an answer would be dmantx. It would pay dividends to know what format there will be after the rainout thursday - which we should all hope like hell it does as 40 degress with 30 mph out of the north and rain is downright miserable. The relevance for myself is that if they run both prelims friday - then I may as well head out Thursday - if they do it like last year and racin doesn't start till fri. evening and they run the thurs. prelim on sat. - I could possibly avoid wasting money on hotel thurs. night. Finally - if it rains friday out too - which seems a real possibility - would they run Sat. and Sun.?
People need to know these things...............

IF it rains out Thursday night, both Thursday and Friday prelims will be run on FRIDAY night - so two separate shows both on Friday night and then the standard Saturday night show. Hopefully, it doesn't come to that and we can run Thursday, but that's the plan if it rains out Thursday night.
It's clear in Little Rock right now, just depends on if that system to the east stays where it's at or where it decides to move.
