I stayed until the end of the Super Sportsman feature at Lincoln, got to my car & key would not turn in the ignition at all, steering wheel locked. Asked around, no help, went to front gate guys, they sent me to office. asked them if any of the tow truck drivers or mechanics could help. Guy in the office said most of them were gone, but one truck was towing a racer off the track, they told me to ask the driver, Lance. He immediately diagnosed it, "sounds like the tumblers in your ignition cylinder are shot".. he calls locksmith Jake Bahn, wakes him up (it was about 11:45). Jake drives 40 minutes to get there, replaces cylinder, makes me 2 new keys & programs them to work right... for a reasonable price, all things considered. I'm on the road by 1:08 AM. Thank God for competent, honest, dedicated people! So this is a shout out to Lance & Jake Bahn... HIGHLY recommended!

That's the thing I've always been most proud of when it comes to being a sprint car fan. We fight, we bicker and many times we tend to go a little too far but when one of own is down, we always come together and pick them up. Look at the money raised for Jason Johnson's family for instance. Most of the people in the bleachers at Williams Grove are far from wealthy yet they opened their wallets and gave what they could and didn't even think twice about it. In the end, they raised over $5,000 just from the drivers going around with their helmets. That's incredible.
