I have only lived here for a few years (moved here from Indiana) and the young, up and coming drivers in NorCal are impressive. So far, I have seen Brett Miller, Evan Suggs, Kyle Larson, Mason Moore and Bradley Terrell have good runs.
At the Petaluma race Saturday night, Shane Golobic and Alllissa Geving were both bad fast. Shane came from the B main to finish 2nd in the A. Allissa also came from the B main, started near the back of the field and charged for a top 10 finish. I just hope we can see them race a few more years before they are off to Indiana!
Who are the other young guns to watch out for in 2008?

Another young gun who doesnt seem to get to much ink is Richard Bailey.I guess maybe he is considered an "old man" for a rookie at 19 yo.He has had some good runs this year and was fast time at the Fall Nationals and doesnt tear stuff up.I think his car looks real old too.

He may already have several wins under his belt, but Kyle Larson will be a young gun for quite some time...

Another young gun who doesn't get much ink in James Sweeney. 2 years in a sprint car and 4 years in an outlaw kart.

I was hoping to make it up to Petaluma on Saturday but my grandfather had just gotten out of the hospital so I visited him at his place in SSF...wanted to go so badly though! In any case I'm going to try to make it to the Trophy Cup for sure, barring anything unforseen.
