Anyone hear about more drivers for the All Stars?  I see only nthree names on IBRACN.  Would be great to see, TIm Schaffer, Dave and Dale Blaney, Jac Haud, Ryan Smith and Chad K all commit.  Would be a great line up IMO.

Kemenah is running it, Hunter racing on twitter has talked about it. I'd assume Smith will too. No way Shaffer does they'll continue to run their true outlaw schedule. Dale probably would if given a ride.

The All Stars are doing just fine. Much better show then the Outlaws right now.  I think there were 14 drivers that ran at least 40 of the (49?) All Star events in 2017, and of those 14, 4 of them won features. There were however a good number of All Star feature winners for 2017. I think 29 different drivers won All Star features last year. Even the All Star heats are exciting! Something that can't be said for the WoO heats about 90% of the time.

Lets face it, every race is different, depending on track. Last summer I saw an Allstars thriller at Attica & 2 yawners at Lebanon Valley & Orange County in New York state

I don;t believe Ryan Smith is returning. I think you'll see him run a lot of their races...but I think that team won;t be back. Dave Blaney seems to have some sort of deal planned and is wanting to run 55-60 races, but it;s sponsorship depending and I don;t think you'll see him chasing a title with the All Stars. Dale has some part time stuff lined up, but no real plans at this moment. Kemenah to return. Ruetzel to return. Someone mentioned Domeirer earlier this season...but I;ve heard othng on their end. Haud will likely run a similiar schedule to what Dave Blaney has planned in the fanmily owned 93 under a new number...but once again, it;s sponsorship depending. Tim Schafer was fast last year and thast team was extremely happy to be able to come and go as they pleased with different tracks and such deopending on payouts. So I doubt you'll see them commit to the All Star Tour either

What is the latest on Kraig Kinser see he is not signed with Outlaws and Steve is joining Tony Stewart at Motorsports show?

Is Dale offically out of the Zemco car havent heard anything from them since the National Open?

Mad Max would like to return but no sponsor will hurt ,Is anyone running the Marshall 33 ?

Alot of last years Western Pa. guys might stay home with Sharon picking up races.

Yes I don't see the Matus', Garvin, or Spithaler running the full tour next year and staying home to run those 3k to win races. Holtgrsver will probably do the same unless he gets some kind of big sponsorship help. Maybe Bowser in the Chiapelli 98 would givd it a shot as far as western pa guys go.

Dale is out of the Zemco car.  Jeremy Elliot had a Q&A with him (I don't subscribe but the title indicated he was out of a ride for 2018).

Marshall 33 is going back to nonwing I believe.

We should probably see more confirmed teams towards the end of the month. Saw on Sprintcarunlimited.com that Dale Blaney does not have a full time ride for 2018 yet but that does not mean that something can't come together in time. Probably will not have as many "full time" drivers racing with them but I am sure quite a few will race around 80% of the schedule like Jac, Shaffer, etc. I know that Max Stambaugh & TJ Michael both want to run the series full time again but I do not know where they stand currently with their rides.

A lot of the guys are not thrilled with them adding the Western Swing shows. I think part of the draw was always they could travel a bit, but it was still centrally located in the Ohio/NY/PA Area for the most part. As they expand, a lot of these guys can;t make those tows and if they struggle out there, it;s really not worth their while.

Marshall is going back to Wingless racing and STambaugh is back in his family owned car. They are looking at All Stars again, but it;s all sponsor dependent. Dale has a part-time ride, but while he said he was looking for a ride, he says he really has never been told he;s out of the Zemco ride either. So it sounds like if nothing comes together and both sides agree..he could still run that car. But that he doesn;t exactly want to run that car either.

At the banquet it seemed like most drivers wanted to return but couldn't really commit - the only one who said for sure he wouldn't be back is Armstrong.

I assume Helms is back running the whole deal.

With the added tow/point money I kind of figured it would spur more interest but Reutzel is the only one that I've seen jump for it (and that's a good get for the series).

Regardless, all of the shows in OH and PA will be pretty stacked fields when you throw in all of the guys running regional schedules. The IRA co-sanctioned shows will be big fields too.

Matt Westfall to drive the 33m

Great news. Matt is a great driver and a great guy, and easy on equipment.  I talked to Ray Marshall several times last year at Waynesfield and he mentioned that he was considering then of going back to nonwing, maybe even 2 cars - one on the BOSS tour and one on the USAC tour. Don't know if that is the plan or which Matt will run. Either way, I'm looking forward to following the team this season.

Ray Marshall is first class all the way.

Sorry to hear that Armstrong is nor returning he showed great improvement in the last two years. Any news on his plans?

Hope this is not the end of the Zemco car they usually announce their plans before Christmas ,but if  Dale doesnt even know whats going on it doesnt look good especially the way the season ended.

Reuitzel will be a great ad and Saldana should run alot of the bigger races.

It looks like it'll end up like last year. The vast majority of races will have strong fields but the quality following the whole tour/chasing points won't be that great, though Reutzal should challenge Kemenah for the championship. I do think chad will edge him out just from having all the experience at these tracks. I do hope Caleb Helms returns, he was coming on strong at the end of last year and could be a dark horse
