The Truth to the hole deal is Tanner was in a 1997 frame and a 2001 bullett and he spanked Myers on friday with a broke steering gear that wouldnt turn left with 10 to go, I was told a new gear was put in car that Friday morning, on saturday he was faster then Carson who left the inside open Tanner made the move pushed Carson up the track no accident, when the yellows came out Carson kept hitting..... Tanner then after the race he drove over Tanner's front end. Ive watched a lot of drivers and teams in 50 years, I do get when you have the best of the best and you get spanked by a team that ran once before using dated equipment it hurts the ego just a bit. Tanner was faster then both Myers and Carson all weekend. I do think Carson is tired of racing behind Tanner it's a ego deal with Carson he's simply tired of loosing to Tanner!

Lol, an unbiased report if there ever was one.
I read on Twitter he was escorted out, whatever that means. I wasn’t there so I don’t know why.

I didn't see the racing incident, so no comment there, but they definitely were playing footsies after the race for a couple of laps. To me it did look like Thorson did tried to exit and call it a night but things still went for another lap or two. Finally he cut through the infield, but I believe he ended up rear ending a truck (front end had been copied my Macedo). It didn't look like anyone got hurt and I'm not sure how much damage was done. Didn't go to the pits afterwards, so no idea if they discussed things over tea or what.

Scariest part of the whole thing was when the 21x finally did exit the speedway, he did so into the crowd of people that were already coming up to the track. I was in the stands and I think my heart skipped a beat because I could see Macedo coming of the track and at the same time I could see the people walking up the ramp on the other side, both oblivious to what was on the other side. Thankfully nobody was hurt.

He was escorted out because the two teams in question were pitted next to each other. Tanner did do a great job, although I am not so sure his equipment was as old as stated, I think that would make the frame roughly as old as the driver that usually drove it. And with all the equipment they have at their disposal, one would wonder why? Anyways it really doesnt matter, Tanner did a great job, just the two teams had a hard time playing nice with eachother.
