Anyone attending the races at the OK Corral this weekend is asked to bring a bundle or a few sticks of fire wood to help stock up for this winters racing at the barn. Wood can be no more than 13" in diameter to fit the Pot Belly Stove and around 10" in diameter to fit the 55 Gallon Barrel Stoves.
We pretty much used up the stock of fire wood last winter.
If a few folks could bring a little this weekend and on Nov 17th it should give us two places to warm up.
We also need a bag of Sand or a 5 gallon bucket 3/4 full of sand for the bottom of the stove. If you have that bring it along.
Thanks to Boyd Maxwell of Maxwell Oil the Sunoco Race Fuel and Kendall Oil dealer in Tulsa for donating 2 of the 4 drums donated for this project. Along with Red Daley and his crew at Daley's Speed Shop that cut and fit the components for the first stove, we have one stove completed. Frank Bardaro and Ryan Early will team up to install the stove and smokestak at the building this Saturday.
All we need now is a grate to hold the wood up in the bottom, 2" of sand to protect the metal from burning thru on the bottom. The install crew will be connecting the vent to the existing heater vent pipe in the ceiling.

2. SAND ABOUT A 5 GALLON BUCKET FULL
3. GRATE TO HOLD THE FIRE WOOD AND FIT INSIDE THE
55 GALLON BARREL STOVE BOTTON - CAN BE A USED ONE FROM A FIREPLACE, BUT NEEDS TO FIT INSIDE THE DOOR OPENING.
ATWOODS HOME AND RANCH HAS THE GRATE FOR THE 55 GALLON STOVES IF ANYONE WANTS TO DONATE ONE.
ATWOODS ARE LOCATED ALL OVER OKLAHOMA, THERE IS ONE IN SHAWNEE OFF LOOP 270.

Brad Roberts takes Quick Break Phillips 66 7-UP Dash For Cash & A Feature Win – Kinzer Edwards Makes it 2 in a Row in the RWYB Kart Main – Stanton takes Open Mowers – Grady Chandler Sweeps Jr. Sprints
The forth round for the Quads, Karts and Hot Rod Mowers of the 14 race 5th Annual AMP Outlaw Winter Nationals Short Track had a packed cheering crowd on hand. Thanks to KIRC Radio, 104.7 The Planet Radio and newly acquired K-FOX radio from Eufaula ticket sales hit an all time high at the historic barn and the bleachers were once again packed with race fans and were cheering on the racers. Warm temps welcomed those in attendance, for an action packed exciting night of passing, crashing and racing for the quads at the historic OK Corral Indoor Arena Barn.
Hometown racer Ryan Early’s winning streak came to an end Saturday night as Broken Arrow’s Brad Roberts riding his Factor 1 Racing and Dopps Racing backed Honda took the win in both the Phillips 66 Quick Break / 7-UP Dash for Cash and the Open Pro A Feature Main. Early, from Harrah finished third in the dash. Roberts took the point of the six lap Open Pro Quad Dash from the green flag and led it to the checkered.
Ada, Oklahoma Gary Rhodes defending AMP OWN champion in the 250 and Open Quad classes has his hands full Saturday night after experiencing a mechanical problem with is Honda 450. Front Suspension Sway bar problems caused Rhodes to change machines in mid-steam. Despite the set back, Rhodes picked up a fourth place finish in the 250 Pro Quad class and he continues to lead the points in that divisoin. The Open Pro A Feature which was won by Brad Roberts left Rhodes with a last place finish, handing the previous points tie over to Ryan Early. Early now leads by a narrow 8-point margin with 10 rounds of competition left in the 14 race series.
The Open Amateur class was one of the best races of the night for the ATVs. Race fans witnessed the hotly contested race once again unfold at record pace. Undefeated Chis Fox was absent from competition, and new-comer to the series Suzuki monuted Nico Lee pulled the upset by winning the race. Dylan Lawson picked up second while past Champ Jeremy Hurley managed to place third in this very competitve class.
In the Blaster division Newcastle, Oklahoma Nathan Wells took the win by a narrow margin over Newalla’s Dalton Click. .
Ryan Neighbors led the A main Kart B class, but finished second following touble on the final lap, allowing Kyler Dramon the opportunity to take the win. Jr 1 saw Jackson Walker coming back to take his second win of the series. Walker defeated Quade Johnson and Corbin Snyder to take the victory lap at the OK Corral. In Jr 2 it was Kinzer Edwads race. South Coffeyville, Oklahoma’s Kinzer Edwards repeated last rounds win as he returned to the OK Corral to take the Outlaw Run What Ya Brung Kart main event.
The new Non-Wing Jr. Sprint division picked up the pace and grew again with an additional entry. Winner for the second points round for this class was repeat winner Grady Chandler from Edmond, Oklahoma.
Hot Rod Mowers put on another big show for the fans, but this time with more passing than crashingf. When the checkered came out it was Michael Horjochee erry Schawarts taking the win in the Singles division and Tony Stanton winning the Twins division.

MOTORCYCLE RESULTS
Osburn wins AMP 7-UP Dash For Cash & Open Pro Singles Main Event
The fourth round of the 14 race 5th Annual AMP Outlaw Winter Nationals Short Track series set another new record of number of entries and race fans for the ‘07-’08 season. Students from Shawnee and Chandler Schools were admitted free, for an action packed night of crashing and passing and exciting racing featuring two big Dash For Cash races.
Chandler, Oklahoma based Bret Sowders riding his super fast Yamah went on to take the final checks in the Open Pro Singles A Main event. Chandler’s Chance Osburn also took the 7-UP Dash win defeating 14 other riders in the 10" Xtreme class which was the largest class of the night. Osburn led it from the green flag in the 4th round of the 14 race series. Bethany, Oklahoma Adams Racing Stable rider Bret Sowders out ran 13 other riders in the hard fought 10" Xtreme class
The Pro 600 Vintage class saw ’07 AMP division champ Kevin Ellingsworth had his hands full as the Open Twin Vintage class ran along with the 600s. Frank Bardaro took the overall win aboard his big Triumph Twin. Bardaro put on quite a show for the Vintage Fans, pulling power wheelies on the tacky track. Bardaro and the Vintage riders are amazing to watch on the tight indoor raceway.
It was Oklahoma City’s Jason Walker winning the Open Amateur class. His competition Saturday night included last round winner Matt Pagel and Ernie Shade who finished 2nd and 3rd place. .
Repeat AMP champions included the super fast Austin Medrano, who returned to the series after returning from the Road Racing season to pick up the win in the 125/250 class. Newcomer Logan Edwards from the Cross Country world took the win in the PW A and the 65 A class. Wesley Collins had a hard crash but appeard to be okay and walked away. Collins ended the night with 2 second place finishes.. The finish in round #3 in the PWA race was very close between Collins and Noah Prescott, but that battle would see Edwards, Collins and Rhett McKinney taking the top three positions in round #4 providing more parity in the series.
Defending champ Peyton Simpson fell short of the win in the 125/250 division, but prevailed again by winning the 85 class. Peyton Simpson and Tristian Kieth filled the podium along with Simpson. .
Tony Opichka led Sebastion Ellingsworth to the finish line to win in the PW BB defeating five challengers including 3 new riders to the series in this growing class.

Friday November 23 AMA Grand National Championship Crew Chief Garry Baehler will be holding a Dirt Track Chassis Set-Up Survival School at the OK Corral Indoor Arena. School is $40 and begins at 4pm.

Brad Roberts takes Quick Break Phillips 66 7-UP Dash For Cash & A Feature Win – Kinzer Edwards Makes it 2 in a Row in the RWYB Kart Main – Stanton takes Open Mowers – Grady Chandler Sweeps Jr. Sprints
The forth round for the Quads, Karts and Hot Rod Mowers of the 14 race 5th Annual AMP Outlaw Winter Nationals Short Track had a packed cheering crowd on hand. Thanks to KIRC Radio, 104.7 The Planet Radio and newly acquired K-FOX radio from Eufaula ticket sales hit an all time high at the historic barn and the bleachers were once again packed with race fans and were cheering on the racers. Warm temps welcomed those in attendance, for an action packed exciting night of passing, crashing and racing for the quads at the historic OK Corral Indoor Arena Barn.
Hometown racer Ryan Early’s winning streak came to an end Saturday night as Broken Arrow’s Brad Roberts riding his Factor 1 Racing and Dopps Racing backed Honda took the win in both the Phillips 66 Quick Break / 7-UP Dash for Cash and the Open Pro A Feature Main. Early, from Harrah finished third in the dash. Roberts took the point of the six lap Open Pro Quad Dash from the green flag and led it to the checkered.
Ada, Oklahoma Gary Rhodes defending AMP OWN champion in the 250 and Open Quad classes has his hands full Saturday night after experiencing a mechanical problem with is Honda 450. Front Suspension Sway bar problems caused Rhodes to change machines in mid-steam. Despite the set back, Rhodes picked up a fourth place finish in the 250 Pro Quad class and he continues to lead the points in that divisoin. The Open Pro A Feature which was won by Brad Roberts left Rhodes with a last place finish, handing the previous points tie over to Ryan Early. Early now leads by a narrow 8-point margin with 10 rounds of competition left in the 14 race series.
The Open Amateur class was one of the best races of the night for the ATVs. Race fans witnessed the hotly contested race once again unfold at record pace. Undefeated Chis Fox was absent from competition, and new-comer to the series Suzuki monuted Nico Lee pulled the upset by winning the race. Dylan Lawson picked up second while past Champ Jeremy Hurley managed to place third in this very competitve class.
In the Blaster division Newcastle, Oklahoma Nathan Wells took the win by a narrow margin over Newalla’s Dalton Click. .
Ryan Neighbors led the A main Kart B class, but finished second following touble on the final lap, allowing Kyler Dramon the opportunity to take the win. Jr 1 saw Jackson Walker coming back to take his second win of the series. Walker defeated Quade Johnson and Corbin Snyder to take the victory lap at the OK Corral. In Jr 2 it was Kinzer Edwads race. South Coffeyville, Oklahoma’s Kinzer Edwards repeated last rounds win as he returned to the OK Corral to take the Outlaw Run What Ya Brung Kart main event.
The new Non-Wing Jr. Sprint division picked up the pace and grew again with an additional entry. Winner for the second points round for this class was repeat winner Grady Chandler from Edmond, Oklahoma.
Hot Rod Mowers put on another big show for the fans, but this time with more passing than crashingf. When the checkered came out it was Michael Horjochee erry Schawarts taking the win in the Singles division and Tony Stanton winning the Twins division.

Track prep is underway for this Thanksgiving Weekend of Racing at the Ok Corral Indoor Arena. .
Bring a blanket, portable heater and some gloves. Gona be a big chilly at race time. Good thing we are Indoors out of the wind.
