Farley was changed drastically over the winter. New owners have completly removed the half mile turns 3 & 4 (now a pit area) and propped up the banking in the 3/8s 3 and 4. Farley Promotions on FB and Twitter if you want to see drone video of the changes as they were being made or some good video footage of some IMCA LM and Mod racing.
Dubuque has changed a little since John G has been there. They have put a wall all the way around, previously the wall only stretched from T4 to the beginning of T2. This new wall allows for 6-8 big haulers to pit along the backstretch but most of the rest of the pit area is still on a slope behind turns 1 & 2. Lighting has also been improved.

Correct on Farley-though I haven't been there yet. Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Roger Simon of the world famous Simon Sez pulling truck buy Farley from Simmons?

Simon is one of a group of three that bought it. He already owns the shop and land just to the north. The other investors are LM driver and Farley machine shop owner Jason Rauen and Dubuque area contractor/LM driver Joel Callahan. They have hired former mod and LM owner Eddie White to run the operation.

So, not sure why you come at me like this. MSPN, as I read through this thread I felt it was NARROW minded of jah42 to imply that if you've not been to this facility you "must be in a closet". Moreover, did not address you or your person. You came at me. That being said. I'll keep in mind that sometimes people can be #$&#@. I've not heard of this track but, I do travel at times and, have had to settle for fenders or outdated sprintcars at a track that was near to where I might be at. Anyway, my apologies to Stealth87 and jah42. Mussbepeeing. Fuck off. I'm not hiding. I'll be more adult like. However. Good day.

I know where Dubuque Speedway is because I live by it. I don't think you are an idiot or live under a rock if you haven't been to a race there.

No questions in my post. Dumb ass. And, don't know you. I can say this. I'm a pretty hardcore sprint car fan. I'm sure I've witnessed as many or more of the best drivers in the country. Maybe not as many tracks but at least you're not at any that I've been to. Oh, no I've probably seen you with mustbepeeing anebreated, shouting in front of the beer booths. However. Good day.
