This update on the Trophy Dash for the Jack Kindoll Classic at Perris Auto Speedway is from Chris Holt (PAS Infield Announcer)
------------------------------------------
I would like to thank Scott Daloisio Sports for a 100 dollar contribution, John Redican & Kathy Simpson for $250, Wilda Kindoll for $250, and a 100 dollar pledge from Speedlox-locking fittings and a 100 dollar pledge from iTi Motorsports. Hopefully there will be more interested parties that would like to sponsor the dash. Also Wilda Kindoll has sponsored fast time for the night with another $250 dollars making it a good reason to set fast time on Nov 17th. In addition to other money that will be spread out during the night, there is 100 dollars that will go to the slowest qualifier ----------------------------- Interested parties can call the PAS for further details at (951) 940-0134 or see Chris Holt (PAS Infield Announcer) at the races.

A personal thanks to Lance for posting the above information... Concerning the trophy dash on the night of the Kindoll Classic, I am trying to put together an amount of money that would make it fun for the fans and at the same time worth while for the teams to compete in the event. Normally a dash is 4 cars, 3 laps. At this point I have $900.00 for the dash. If for example someone wanted to sponsor 4th position or best passing job etc. we could do that, also like in the years past where we collected lap money, if someone wanted to put up money in memory of someone we could leave that option open as well. It was very generous (as vendors) of Glen Crossno and Speedlox to support the event and there is a long list of vendors that can always be counted on to support these type of events, with that being said, and this being the last night of the year, I wanted to also give the fans a chance to get involved. The list of options is endless, another example would be if a group put up some money for the winner if he came from last place otherwise the money would go to 7th in the B main, whatever comes up we will consider. I'm looking forward to suggestions, donations and support but most of all to a good old fashioned full blown trophy dash.
