I am looking for a place to stay during the 410 Nationals. It will be me and my dad, I bought him tickets for Christmas. I have been to the Nationals once and he has never been I have always wanted to bring him put to experience it. If anyone has anything or knows of anyone who might have something if you could let me know I would greatly appreciate it. You can also contact me by email at [email protected]
Thanks,
Andrew Donelson

I usually don't make a decision about the nationals until a couple weeks before. I have always been able to find a room in Des Moines. Along with the Nationals, a lot of rooms go to the state fair, but I have never not found a room.

I am on the Chamber of Commerce list but I haven't heard anything yet. I just thought I would put this on here to see if anyone might have or know of anything.

Chamber has a harder and harder time every year finding volunteers to open up their homes as many people host the same people every year, yet the list of people looking for housing grows every year. All the while the population of Knoxville has remained constant. Demand is outpacing supply (and this goes for housing for residents of the community as well).
Many of those host families / race fans that were introduced to each other in the 1980's don't even go through the chamber anymore, they just make arrangements with each other every year.
