Think last time he was down there he went through 2-3 engines, imagine that would put you in a fowl mood. Good to see him give it another shot down south.

This time it's on someone else's dime, so he has nothing to lose or bitch about, but knowing Danny he will find somthing to "point out" on social media.

Unfortunately, you're probably correct about that.

Who's bitching about it? Danny's opinions have made him way more visable/popular than his WoO wins at Lincoln. I'd be more surprised if he didn't have somthing to say. About time a driver spoke up, I just think he needs to choose his battles better.

I agree Danny could choose his battles better sometimes.  I will say he's always been nothing but nice and accomodating when approached in the pits before or after races (I've only done so a handful of times).  Whether on social media or in person you can't deny his passion for the sport and to help it growing.

Double D says what a lot of drivers are thinking but won't say because they don't want to stir the pot.  I enjoy his comments and opinions even if I don't always agree with them.

You do realize that Gary Kaufman owns the 48 right?

Of course I do, which car do you think he would rather grenade 3 motors in? The one he depends on to run an entire season that he has invested his blood sweat and tears in, that probably used up a big chunk of the 48's budget before the "real" season even started or a car he is only hired to run a hand full of races in. Either one sucks but I'd guess Danny would pick the 13. But then again I'm sure you knew that. Thanks for playing.

One good thing is that the 13 uses HP motors and they don't blow.

Not arguing at all, but didn't Ryan Smith blow an HP at Cocopah two years ago and borrowed a bullet from Shark Racing to finish out Winter Heat? Doesn't mean it happened because it was an HP just that any motor can blow because of a parts failure at any time.  Volusia that time of year is HARD on engines.
