For everyone thinking about coming a week early to Charlotte for both weekends of racing at the Dirt Track, here is some additional information.
They are having one of the largest car shows in the world the same weekend as the 360 event right across the street at the speedway. Here is the information I copied from the speedway website.
The Goodguys Pennzoil Southeastern Nationals returns to Charlotte Motor Speedway with more than 2,500 custom and modified pre-1972 era cars Oct. 21-23.
Street rods, customs, street machines and muscle cars displayed at the Goodguys Pennzoil Southeastern Nationals span the spectrum of automotive history, ranging from Model-A Fords stuffed with V-8 power to the radical Dodges and Chevrolets that ruled the streets during the late 1960s.
Browse the manufacturers' midway, swap meet and car corral areas and so much more.
Single-day tickets start at $20, and kids 6-12 years old get in for just $6. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit the Goodguys website.
