Poor show. Regular Saturday night shows are better by far.

Damn right. Go TMAC! Great to see him get a big win for the local guys. Hopefully Henderson or Brown can get one tomorrow.

He beat the best. His Dad and brother are probably smiling.Anytime you can beat Schatz and Werner takes a lot.I wish He was at Knoxville tonight. In August there will be some Knoxville regulars and a some from BMS that if things fall into place could win the money in August but the odds favor the 15 as he really gets going when the bigger money show start and tracks seem to get a little slicker.Congratulation Terry on showing everyone why Chuck picked your team to showcase his track. The WOO arent as strong as they have been with several top teams at Knoxville and the NSL: and BMS have helped them be able to make the same money with less travel. The fans are the winners too.

T-Mac isn't allowed to win the Nationals until I can be there lol. Kidding aside, if he won the Nationals, it would be one of the most awesome things to happen in the history of sprint car racing. No question it would be right up the with Fred Rahmer winning the National Open for the 1st time in his career on his last try before he retired. I'd LOVE to witness that in person. I'm pretty sure the place would go absolutely ballistic.

As far as i can see, that is False. Chuck is NOT doing double the money. He would do that to Tod and the NSL, but he won't do that to the outlaws.

I would guess, TMac, AMac, Kaeding, Zomer & Jeffrey will all be at Badlands tonight.

Zomer has been more than a little impressive since the jumped into the BWW 82. That ride was like a revolving door for drivers for a quite a while. Regardless where he runs I do enjoy the show he puts on.

Zomer is at Knoxville. He's out of points at Badlands. And honestly the money behind that team doesn't need to be paid off to show up anywhere. That team and driver race where they want, when they want, only to win. I respect that.
Terry, Austin, and Lynton are being paid significant money to race a certain track. Plus Terry's a near lock to win points title and money that goes with it. So they're going for money. I don't blame them. I would do the same thing.
Kaeding has raced Knoxville for 1.5 years now and has barely sniffed the podium. That team is obviously much closer to Badlands. And they're still kinda in points so of course he left. Race where you have a shot to win and make money right. We did the same thing when we owned a team. Would have much rather run Knoxville, but we didn't have the budget or ability to compete at Knoxville, so we ran IRA. So I don't blame Kaeding or 3 team for doing same thing.
The disappointing one is Henderson. Already way out of points at Badlands but still left. Other than McCarl he's only one running Badlands with shot to win at Knoxville any given week. Team is somewhat local to Knoxville, so I think that confirms he's also being paid by CB just to race Saturday's at Badlands.

I didn't say all these guys are getting paid. I shouldn't have lumped Austin in with Terry and Lynton. He is racing where all his sponsors are and where his dad is.
You're right. I'm not certain Henderson is. I'm assuming he must be since he left and he's out of points, and was already at Knoxville. Really no other reason to go back. So knowing Terry and Lynton are... I now assume Justin is also. Nothing wrong with that.
And I didn't say Kaeding was getting paid. That team has two very good reasons to go back. They're running for points at Badlands and still in it, and they aren't very competitive at Knoxville.
BTW, Knoxville used to pay Wolfgang to show up. I've known some smaller series who've paid a visitor or two a little extra cash to show up to a race. They market it to put butts in seats. Can't do that if you don't KNOW they are coming. Can't KNOW they are coming if you don't pay them to come. No one is knocking it. It certainly isn't unheard of. Calm down folks.

I'm surprised by Henderson, also, given he's so good at Knoxville in the 410 and the 360.....did quite well pulling doubles there last year....

Sprintfn1. Seriously, why all the bitterness and animosity toward Knoxville? Seems like a commonality with posts from BMS supporters on this board. Do you guys honestly hope for another weekly sprint car track to suffer? Unbelievable.

Its the other way around. Its all the wannabe Knoxville fans bashing BMS & Its been that way for years on this board. Over the years there have only been a handful of guys that raced at Husets & Knoxville & thats the way it will always be. The current bitterness makes no sense, whatever success or failure either track goes through has nothing to do with the other. BMS & Knoxville just dont mix, never have - never will. Its not much different than the posse/knoxville back and forth that we've all heard for years.
Both BMS & knoxville have had weekly racing since 1954 and thats not going to change any time soon.

He's got a brand new baby @ home, so I'm guessing that's why he left. Can't fault him for that.
