I for one will certainly be pulling for regulars to beat the circus clowns. I think it would be absolutly grand to see Phillips, Maeschen, Brown, or maybe Heskin pull the upset. But considering your west of [ You know which State; ] your at a gigantic monumental disadvantage when it comes to a chance at beating the WoO. We're all pulling for you Iowa/midwest!! It's time to step up!! Aren't you getting tired of being second best to[you know which state; ] Take it easy and Go Henderson!

He isn't getting paid anymore then what a normal local driver gets. Besides the tow money, only because they come from farther away.

And yet the NSL and Knoxville are suppose to be the bad guys if you listen to certain people...

Of the 7 higher level guys that have been split off from Knoxville (T. McCarl, A. McCarl, Dobmeier, Zomer, Kaeding, Jeffrey, and Henderson).  I think you will see all of them except for Dobmeier at Knoxville Friday.

Then McCarls and Jeffrey will head to Badlands Saturday for sure ($$$).  I think Henderson and Kaeding will stay in Knoxville, and Zomer is a coin flip. I haven't heard if he's trying to win Badlands points or not.  If running for points title I think Zomer will go to Badlands, although he's already basically out of contention.  It's already looking like Dobs and McCarl running away with points.  Kaeding still in contention so maybe they would go back if they think they can still win it.

If they all go back to Badlands...then yes, that would just about confirm they are all being paid more than just tow money to show up.  There would be no other reason for those top guys who would be competing for top 10s at Nationals, not to stay and tune up against outlaws.  Especially Henderson who is pretty much already out of Badlands points.

Yeh, "you know who" owns the top spot, but at last years Nationals 6 of the top 8 were WoO drivers.....The Dude and Brian Brown were the only Knoxville regulars to make the top 8.....next Knoxville regular I believe was McCarl at 11th. So I'd say the top WoO guys pretty much all have a good grip on the Knoxville track set up. Not that that can't change, but I think Danny and Brian have a the best shot as far as locals again this year.
