A Honda winning on gas mileage at Indy, a Toyota embarrasing everyone at Charlotte and a XXX mopping up at Port shows how truly thankful the motorsports community is for all the sacrifice paid to get us this far.  Hope everyone had Ramen noodles at their picnic instead of steak as well.  Might as well be consistent plus when the economy finally crashes because of rejecting our own industries, we'll be ready to eat cheap.

Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

You are right, the car owners should pay more and get products that win less, all in the name of supporting non-deserving US companies. You are too dumb for anyone to ever argue with though; it's really futile.

Jackass! 2/3rds of the men of my dad's unit that stormed Omaha beach never came home. I don't think they died so every race in the USA would be won by an American built car. What a Jerk way to trivialize the holiday for honoring our war dead. But I would expect that from a low life, crooked car salesman.

There is very little Toyota in a nascar cup toyota.

I'll bet the $19 trillion debt will crash the economy before sprint car teams using xxx chassis will.

The purpose of Memorial Day is to honor and remember every American who made the ultimate sacrifice fighting for our great country. Making it about your petty and irrational hang ups is about as low as it gets. Please do us all a favor and fuck off.

Memorial Day is not about politics.......or who owns which products.....or for re-opening old wounds and chastising old enemies.       Memorial Day IS about honoring those who gave their lives to not only protect our freedoms, but in many cases to protect the freedoms of those who are not strong enough to protect their own. That is the true nature of what makes this country great, and why we should always consider those who have fallen to be the most honorable! And God bless all those who continue to protect us today!

Damn straight. Can't say it any better than that. We may have our problems and God knows there are plenty of them but I still wouldn't wanna live anywhere else on earth. People who politicise holidays such as Memorial Day are just flat out pieces of shit. Days like Memorial Day are the ones where we should ALL put our political differences aside and be thankful for what we have and the great men and women who have given their very lives to protect what we have so that you and I can sleep at night.
