Busy Month of May for NCRA Events Slated!

Park City, Kansas – May 2, 2016 - The month of May will once again be a busy one for the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products four divisions as the360-ci sprint, modified, crate late model and mod-lites will all see action at least once.

Sprint Car Division: Coupled with the gomuddy.com NSL 360-ci series, three events are slated for the month, kicking off this Saturday night (7th) at Dodge City Raceway Park in Dodge City, Kansas. Then it’s a Memorial Day weekend double-header as the tour makes their first appearance after a long absence at Salina Speedway in Salina Kansas on Friday night, May 27. From there the tour will head straight south to 81 Speedway in Park City for their fourth appearance of the season.

Crate Late Model Division: The “gladiators” of the series crate late model division will try to get their 2016 season underway on Saturday night, May 21, at Thunderhill Speedway in Mayetta, Kansas. The tour was set to open their season this past Saturday night at RPM Speedway in Hays, Kansas but rain nixed those ideas. Makeup date for that event is pending. Then on Sunday night, May 29, the tour will be primed and ready to race after watching the INDY 500 held earlier that day and tackle the home track of the series, 81 Speedway.

Mod-lites: The third season for the tour kicks off on Thursday night, May 19, as they are part of the United States Modified Touring Series appearance at 81 Speedway. It will be there where two-time and defending champion Justin Kinderknecht looks to begin his quest for a three-peat. The tour will be back in action on Saturday night, May 28, at 81 Speedway as part of the Memorial Day weekend festivities at the speedway.

Modifieds: Only one event is slated for the month of May and that will be Saturday night, you guessed it, the 28th, at 81 Speedway and
event number two for 2016.

Get out those tablets and mark down on your calendars the above NCRA events and support those “weekend warriors” as they will do their best to put on the best show possible for you, the paying and loyal customer.
