What a bunch of backwards thinking individual's! I use the vape all the time to help with surgery I've had here in California. The doctors just want to push oxy's, norco's and vic's on me which kill my appetite and make me want to puke! I love the fact that I have a option and so should everyone else. Yes he got caught in a backwards thinking state(not including Austin). They would rather bust people then let it rest and that is a shame! Eckert did no wrong with this. He is one of the biggest fan's of TK he love's his driving style! This was just the elephant in the room scenario. Get over the self righteous stuff. The 59 is in good hands with him and he will be a man on mission to prove it.

And right on cue, another Cali. poster pops in to defend drug use by a Cali. driver. Gee, who couldn't have seen that one coming?

I personally dont give a rats ass what another driver, who I race against does with his personal life. You guys drinking your beer, Have a way better chance of killing one of my friends or Family on the way home from a race than a guy smoking weed. Statistics Say.. As far as Tk goes He will tell his story when the times right, and I'm Pretty sure its a lot less Drama than what you all are making it out to be. Who ever said on here that if they pee tested to drive sprintcars, Is Right. Ive been around this sport a long time and its A vagabond lifestyle, where your gone away from your family most of the year, Its called the WORLD OF OUTLAWS for a reason. They do what we all wish we could. jmo

if there was no or less drama why not be honest about it in the first place.

Then come's the response from a douche-bag from PA! Pennstucky isn't the whole racing world just as Cali isn't either. I am very open minded and yes from Cali......who cares. He did NO wrong. He wasn't driving. I have seen way worse from driver's on there DAY OFF, but that evidently doesn't sell compared to a CALI guy doing something. Now back to racing.

Just wondering, how can you say he did no wrong? If he had what Eckert says he had, which TK's mom says he did not, then he was doing something wrong in the state of Texas or wherever he was.
BTW, Roth can hire and fire anyone, for any reason, anytime he sees fit as he pays the bills.

Never said Roth couldn't hire or fire anyone. I guess I should have been more clear about what I was presenting. Anyway's everyone will be ok. Hell Roth had him as a driver probably the longest of any driver he's employed, because he wins and has a flair for the dramatic.

It's amazing that so many people have such strong statement on an incident that no one has actual proofs or facts.
After reading most of the comments here i was asking myself when did race car drivers become choir boys ?
I've only been around racing for about 45 years and last i checked, racecar drivers were allways bad ass boys. That's why we loved them, they were rock'n roll and did what most of us were dreaming of doing, they lived like there was no tomorow.
So untill someone comes out with real facts and proof of an alleged great crime, lets all relax a bit and enjoy some racing.
In today's morality, it would be more acceptable for racer to get cut robbing a bank to feed his passion, than to smoke a reefer to releive paine or daily pressures, GO FIGURE...!
