No shit? The states that border Mexico have the highest Latino population? What's next? Pennsylvania has the hightest percentage of people who call themselves Pennsylvanians?

Actually a high percentage of the Hispanics in N.M. are not Mexicans, their Spanish and recent immigrants from Latin America.
