So you are saying no cars will show up at the next USCS race? Have to wonder about a bunch of drivers that would follow tmanzjr in a protest of mr Walton. I'm sure you will post no info on anymore USCS races as surely you will not attend any more of them as much as you hate Pete. And of course tmanzjr will not race at any more USCS shows either.
You really help racers by getting on a message board and bashing a racing sanction.

crickets regarding Bulls Gap cancelling an ASCS show due to "weather" 2 weeks before it was supposed to run?
I have no dog in the fight, but promoting sprint car shows in Late Model country is a "tough sell" for everyone IMO (promotors, sanctioning bodies (ASCS, USCS, WoO).
I don't live there, so I have no knowledge of how Pete runs his shows. I'd say he must be ok, or no drivers and team owners would support him, they'd either go find another type of racecar, or travel further to race with another organization.

Didn't Devil's Bowl cancel an ASCS race last year when it sprinkled in the morning? Pete could run his shows a little better. But there'd be no sprint shows at most of the places he goes if not for him. I don't believe he's getting rich doing this. I think he takes most of the risk at most of his shows. I'm sure he can't afford too many big losses. It's always unfortunate to cancel a race like that. We've endured it before. But it's probably better for some cars to be out a couple hundred bucks for truck fuel and maybe a motel than the promoter to be out several thousand. If that happens too many times there are no more races.

totally agree, just used the ASCS cancellation to prove a point. The guy with the issue seems to only be after Pete Walton (for an unknown reason).
If the promotor, or track operator, or whomever involved decides to pull the plug on one race in order to live for another day (not literally of course) and try at another venue, I don't blame them. Local tracks do the same thing (and get the same bitc*ing and moaning on social media from "fans" that probably wouldn't have attended anyway (because of the cold or weather forecast).
I personally hope the USCS (and ASCS, All-Stars, WoO) survives and keeps doing what they can to promote sprint car racing in an area basically devoid of sprint car racing. He's taking a huge risk everytime he promotes an event. The big thing for me is him keeping promoting events (it's good for all of sprint car racing the more events there are), without him, there is probably 20 less sprint car races every year.
