Rocky ran a Late Model show at Eldora a couple of years ago. Other than that I haven't heard what he's doing.

Last I knew Frank (Frankie) Kerr was a Crew Chief in NASCAR. I'm not sure which team he's now with.

say what you want about JT. On the west coast about 20 yrs ago he was in a car everyone called "the penalty box" that numerous good shoes had benn in & had not shown much success in it. JT got in it and won a couple races!

I was looking at a calender today at work of a flat black car with beautiful pin striping and baby moons, 4 cylinder valve cover was sticking out of the hood, seen the owner was Rocky Hodges, is this the same guy? There couldn't be too many Rocky Hodges around.

Yes, it was Eddie Chinin's 20. Jimmy Sills had some successes in it too.
There's a thread on the board today about a track in Hawaii. There is a "Robert" (if I remember right) Chinin who won a stock car race in December. He has to be related to Eddie. Too much co-incidence to not be related. Maybe his son or grandson!
I did Quality Race Video at Baylands in the '80's. 10 or 15 years ago Eddie Chinin called me and ordered some videos from back in the day!

I always thought the "penalty box quote" was a quote from Hayes after driving for Bellotti at Calistoga in the 03. Chinen had a bunch of wheelmen in that Challenger 20. Sills, Gurney, Keel...don't ever remember Hayes driving it. I remember him wheeling the Lovell Bros. 71n, Bellotis car, and the 9n Pink Panther deal.
