I should have specified in the above post to be sure and read the poster as it pays $2500 to win each night, $300 to start. The really cool deal is that it pays $750 for the Hard Charger EACH night. There is also a King of The Hill which pays $500 to win on Saturday night. Both the Hard Charger award and King of the Hill is being sponsored by Hotrod Paintless Dent Repair out of Omaha, Nebraska. Be sure to call upon Hotrod Paintless Dent Repair for any window tinting and paintless dent repair.

To further clarify...this is a Speedway Motors ASCS Midwest REGIONAL event, not a Lucas Oil National event as the logo on the flyer would imply.

Thanks

You are correct! This is an ASCS Speedway Motors Midwest Event, it is NOT intended to deceive anyone that this is a National Event. If you go to the ASCS Midwest link, the logo on the poster does come up. Sorry for any confusion.

Great news, the track has decided to do a pre-sale event to help EVERYONE out. The track is doing a pre-sale on tickets for the Midwest Fall Brawl for $15 dollars for Friday and Saturday...yes, you are reading this correctly...$15 for a two day grandstand pass. Tickets must be purchased by 5pm on September 17th and can be done by calling (402) 342-3453. If you miss the pre sale tickets will be $15 for each day.................that should be enough incentive to buy early!!!!

MAKE NOTE: IF THERE SHOULD HAPPEN TO BE ONE DAY THAT RAINS OUT, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF $7.50. AS LONG AS ONE DAY RUNS THAT WILL BE CONSIDERED A COMPLETE SHOW.

Backstretch camping spots available for $200 for the two days, this includes 2 pit passes for each day. With a backstretch camping/rv spot you bring in all your own food and drink. Additional backstretch passes can be purchased for $30 each per night. Theses camping/RV spots will be available on a first come first serve basis. Reserve your spot by calling (402) 342-3453. These backstretch pit passes are only good for the backstretch. The pass will not allow you into the pits until after the races are complete.

I-80 did this for the National race earlier this year. Had a deal in the Lincoln Journal Star, bought 4 tickets for 20 dollars. 7.50 per night will pack them in. Should be another outstanding show. I-80 has been doing a great job with the sprint cars the last 2 or 3 years. Looking forward to this one.

I did forget to mention that there are NO electrical hookups for camping on the backstretch. Hopefully with it being mid to late September air conditioning shouldn't be needed but who knows.....this is Nebraska, anything is possible!

I thought the object was to finish as high as possible and be rewarded accordingly? While I applaude Searsboro for supporting the races, is azz backwards!

That is the way they wanted it payed out since the front runners always take more money home, he wanted to be sure that more took a little more home. I personally thinks its a great idea!!!! Hope to see you there to watch it all play out!

I will say, this seems to be some fantastic promoting. This seems like a very creative idea and if I lived closer to I-80 I would easily attend this show. I hope the stands are packed and more tracks take a look at this style promotion. Give a great product at a reasonable price and you should be handsomely rewarded.

Yes they are. Three nights of sprint car racing in four days and the tracks are 15 minutes apart. Heaven for those of us living in eastern Nebraska and western Iowa.

Well for Thursday there is lots of things you can do. #1 I dont know if you have ever taken Bill Smiths museum tour at Speedway Motors in Lincoln but it is a MUST do, heck I could spend at least 3-4 hours there. #2 I dont know if you have ever done it but Omahas Henry Doorly Zoo is the second best zoo in the nation behind San Diegos Zoo. Depending on your food likes all of us in Omah/Lincoln could probably overwhelm you with eatery ideas.
