And Brian Brown is from Missouri, so when he beats the Outlaws at Knoxville it doesn't count?
Listen to the VL interview with DP and Heffner.
This isn't even an argument. Case Closed.
Hope weather holds off for tommorow.

"While the Outlaws team includes two series champions, two Kings Royal winners and a Knoxville Nationals champion, the Posse is rolling out some of its heaviest hitters — Lance Dewease, Stevie Smith, Brian Montieth, Daryn Pittman and Greg Hodnett. Drivers secured their starting positions based their finish the in National Open last October."
From the WoO website...what more proof do you want? Maybe a quote from Daryn...
“The next few weeks are going to be exciting. I get to go home and then race Eldora with the Outlaws and then head back to defend our home turf when the Outlaws come in town,” says Daryn.
Funny, I posted these exact same quotes in last weeks argument and the haters accepted it, wonder what will happen this week...

A shame Montieth had to break on the last lap after just cruising around the 15 and 11 on consecutive laps, would have made the top 5 that much prettier. Oh well, we in PA are fortunate to have Pittman racing here weekly, and congrats to the 71 and 7s as well on strong runs for two of the good guys on each side.

Anyone at the track know what happened to Esh? Did he actually hit the bridge?

Bent the railing into the side and it's about 2-3" higher when you walk across the spot from buckling the walkway.

Nice work to to Pittman. He's from OK so you can't really call him Posse. However, he's in a Posse car...so we will say it's even...but, Leppo was second so Posse had an advantage????? Sides third though. I'm in North Dakota and would love to get out there. You guys in PA have no idea how lucky you are!!! I think the WoO are the best at most tracks but you may have a feather in your cap at the Grove...and that means beating the best when they are in town...hats off...don't let your head get too big.

I'm just going off of what the Outlaws are saying. They have him listed as Posse. Lucas and Cody are from PA and cut their teeth here, but they're Outlaws now.
Tough breaks for Monteith and a real shame for Esh, glad that he's okay though.
I'll take FRahmer to win Night 2...if the weather cooperates.

Monteith ran out of gas. He and Steve Kinser put on quite a battle for many laps even banging wheels at one point.

Funny thing is i expected Kinser to run out of gas before Monteith. Feisty old fart......Great racing to watch and done with respectful aggression.

I heard it live myself and also copied and pasted this directly off the front page of Alan Hollands (hosehead) website.
"I just don’t care what anybody wants to call us, we won an outlaws show at Williams Grove and that’s damn hard to do,” Daryn Pittman in victory lane.
So Dirthawk, according to your comments "This isn't even an argument. Case Closed." Please explain to me, or better yet, show me where Pittman claimed he was posse. I can tell you this. Pittman had the perfect opportunity for him to claim his "posse" status and clearly passed on it. So tell me again, what ISNT to argue about? I see nothing to shore up your claim...nothing at all.
Also, while we are at it, why does Bruce Ellis introduce Stevie Smith as from Oklahoma, but being a PA native, but simply introduces Hodnett from wherever, PA and no mention of being a Memphis native? Totally biased is the only explanation.
Last note of the night. Does anyone else hate listening to Bruce. It would probably be a little OK if he wasnt so stinking biased. You would never even know the Outlaw guys were on the track if it was up to him.
Im done

Once again, Posse means PA local. He is a PA local, as marked by his statements of defending home-turf, and has been for 3 years now.
The WoO did not put a tag on either Tim Shaffer or Sammy Swindell for the Morgan Cup, but they did for Pittman. The Outlaws, well at least the twitter handle, have been talking about how they were going to sweep this weekend and this and that. Yet, they still admit defeat on the front page of their website. "Pittman Powers Posse Victory Over Outlaws Friday at Williams Grove"
http://www.woosprint.com/
Unless you show me some evidence that he isn't a Pennsylvania local, I'm going to believe the WoO.

I don't care what you call him I'm just glad to see Daryn win an outlaw race again. He and Shaffer have quite a bit in common. Former WoO racers that dropped or got dropped off the tour and found success and redemption outside of the circuit. Would be great if Pittman could pull of a big win like Shaffer did.

it's so cute when a couple puppies decide they are gonna show their teeth over an argument clearly reserved for the true professionals of message board smack talking...keep up the good work Dirthawk...maybe next year you will make the JV debate team...
...congrats daryn PittmAn !!!...it doesn't get much bigger then winning an Outlaw race at the Grove...
