They need to do something to level the playing field. That TSR 15 is just too fast. Thanks a lot Tony, let's make sprint car racing boring.

They need to make the track better than that. One lane racing tonight. Looked like pavement racing at Volusia.

Where are the AllStars? All 4 of them are having trouble making the race every night. Congrats to Donny, like him or not, he's got them covered for now!

racin has and always will be he with the most toys wins, like or not boys and girls that is the way it is. go telll the king he dont have the equipment to keep up with schatzm he would knock you on your ass, it is donnys time like it was wolfie, steves and sammys years ago. so deal with it. back then too the one with the most toys won,
different decade same results
and if i mis spelled something tough crap i really don't care

Donny is serving notice. I really don't think he's peaked yet. That team is young and still learning. He may not have that magical, peaking season for another 4 or 5 years. If that team stays together, they may rattle of 10 or 12 straight titles. Not saying it will happen, but they're capable. His competition isn't getting any younger either.

well it's like this and i'm sure atleast ONE person will agree. with times being what they are. i'm going to spend my money somewhere besides the Schatz show this summer. hell the WOO hasn't even started yet. promoters are going to be worried all year if they will sell enough seats. at this rate. i doubt it. i'll save my $$$ for some racing that doesn't have a check made out before i get there.

Funny that you respond to me and not all the guys on the chat room who were calling Schatz fat and a cheater. All I said us that its going to be boring watching the same guy win every night. Its not cause its Schatz. Its cause its Schatz, and its Schatz, and its Schatz, and its Schatz.... I was hoping the end of the Kinser era would bring competitive racing with good points battles every year. But... nope.

I have seen few shows like this in my day...however track conditions were horrible for this event.
The track was rubber down, with cars hugging the inside guardrail. I don't know that anyone passed a car in the feature. After last nights multi-groove surface...tonights really sucked a$$, and was a true disappointment.
Multiple Posse & numerous others didn't even bother to start the B Main, due to the horrible rubber down conditions, making it virtually impossible to pass a car to make it into the A tonight.
With any luck, the owner or folks close to the Volusia Speedway will actually put water on the track before tomorrow nights events.
The only pass I witnessed was when Saldana got by Schatz for the lead when Cannon fell off of the pace. However the lap did not count and Schatz was given the lead back.
Despite not having the normal home grown Pa potatoes, Rutherford Concessions were dealing out very generous portions of delicious fries! They don't do small!
The "steak on a stick" was delicious as well...I spent $15 on the stuff and I urge anyone to try it!
Mr. Schatz was very approachable tonight and suggested I return with my Yuengling Lager later in the evening. Tim Shaffer & Mike Erdley were chatting and easily approachable tonight as well.
MIA tonight was the 5w who showed up here in FL earlier in the day.
Modified action provided plenty of time to warm up in the car.
Here's to a better prepared track for tomorrows final ASCOC feature

We are lucky enough to have seen Schatz develop in to the best driver to come around in many years, you are witnessing a domination level that may not come around again for a long time. One day you can tell your grandchildren about this guy Donny Schatz that used to race sprint cars and kicked everbody's butt for years.I tell my children about the glory days of Doug Wolfgang, who they never got to see.Luckily they have got to see the great ones Steve and Sammy. We never seem to fully appreciate greatness until it's gone.Keep the hammer down Donny!

You need to let it go WoO14 - you'll be in the ER with cardiac arrest soon the way you are dealing with this Donny/Meyers issue. What if they get better? What will you do then? You're struggling with Donny being better than Meyers now!!!!

i should have clarified what i typed, i was talking about all the features wolfie won the years he was in the wiekert car and dp car.
i finished reading the book this week and wow what a good book. kinda forgot how dominate he was in those years, and like the post above. we may be watching greatness that we can tell are grand kids about. at least my boys can see what donny is doing all i can do for them is tell them what wolfie did.
grow up all the haters and take it for what it is, it is not very often that a steve kinser sammy swindell doug wolfgang, come around. we may be seeing the next coming of them three. myself hope so, we need that in the sport.

Steak on a stick sounds like its right up your alley, Smitty. Tell BRR to get the radar gun out.
