Cautions are a part of the race. There was another caution also. Meyers beat Donny early in the year after he got about 5 cautions in 10 laps to keep catching him. That's the way it works. Nobody deserves anything, they earn it.
It's funny how everyone says Donny whines and complains, but I'll bet nobody mentions how Meyers just got done whining about the cautions. Nobody knows why Tyler stopped on the track or why there was another caution and for him to call Tyler selfish is bullshit. Tyler may have felt in danger and wanted to make sure the fire got put out. And for you to call him an idiot just makes you look like a jackass. Guys stop on the every track in the country every week on purpose after they get a flat tire or have another problem in hopes of getting back into the race.
Many who hate Donny are so two-faced, calling him a whiner but won't call out anyone else. Good for them because Donny just won again.

I didn't hear any whining from Meyers. Just disappointment. But I will admit Schatz was the better car. I would just like to know why the caution came out on lap 1. Schatz fell to 5th on the start, but jumped to 3rd on the complete restart.

And the driver was of no consequence (yeah right), they used to say the same thing about Steve Kinser when Karl was the the all conquoring crew chief.

Meyers called Walker selfish for stopping on the track. How does he know why he stopped? Guys do it every week at every track. It's become part of sprint car racing.
They said the caution on the first start was because someone jumped, but I don't know who they called it on.

Nobody knows why Walker stopped? His motor was blown for crying out loud. Plus, if he felt "in danger" and wanted to make sure the fire got put out, why not pull into the pits where they could have gotten a fire extinguisher on it right away, instead of staying on the track where track workers had to wait for the other cars to slow down before they got out on the track?

On HoseheadsRadio they said the first start was called back because Tyler Walker jumped the start and on the restart T-Dub was last. He came from last to as high as 10th before his engine problem.

Face it supa you know that win was a gift from Walker even Doty questioned him not pulling in. Now go give Walker his cut and tell him thank you.

I'm not saying Donny didn't do his job he is the best shoe out there right now its a total team effort but if you don't have a car that works that good you cant make them moves so don't get your panties all in a bunch

Thats why they restarted cause Schatz fell back. Its like qualifying. Give him as many as he needs. I actually like Schatz its his #1 fudgepacking fan Supershitz that makes me waiver. Tyler did take this victory from Meyers like it or not.

On the Knoxville site it says Tyler had no brakes and that's why he stayed on the track...I don't blame him with all the people in the infield...maybe he actually made a good choice! He works the wheel pretty hard before deciding to stay out...that may tell the toll...he may have figured out he had no breaks and decided to stay on the track

Everyone keeps mentioning Walker. Wasn't there another damn caution? Didn't Stewart stop on the track also? You don't think Donny would have smoked Meyers after the Stewart caution? He sure pulled away pretty easily. Why don't we just lynch Walker and Stewart for stopping.
Hell, Meyers stopped on the track at Eldora after blowing a tire earlier this year. Why didn't he call himself selfish? Everyone stops on the track on purpose, why is everyone so damn suprised? Wow, you'd think some of you had never been to a race before.

He was interviewed. Brakes never entered the conversation. It wasn't like he was just getting out of the gas he could have pulled in. Find someone that has it on Tivo.

Congrats to Donny on his 3rd win. I don't blame Jason for his comment about Tyler. I don't think his car was on fire from my vantage point. All I saw was a huge plume of smoke from Tyler heading into 3. If he was so worried about being on fire or whatever, why did he elect to not pull it in to the infield entrance he just passed before stopping 50 feet short? He could have pulled it in and he could of pretty much greeted the safety crew? Lot's of fans who were there are wondering the what the heck was he thinking. All in all it was great week of racing minus Jeff Shepard's injury. Get well soon Jet!
BTW Live TV has to go, the delay it causes sucks. Tape delay's make more sense and allows more time for better editing. Letting the track sit idle is just not natural when weather can be a factor, we are lucky we got this one in tonight.
