Dang, I expected the locals to put up a bit of competition tonite at the only track ever associated with Posse success but HUH?
Hopefully somebody will confirm the anchor rumor but I have a hunch there may have been a few pianos attached to some of the lesser-lights. From the 9th row to second for the new King and kudos to the original King, nice place to start the season rollin' methinks.
Throw in a Flyers win and life is berry, berry good to Chico these days. Take It Easy.....
PS Talk about spoiling a birthday celebration, OUCH OUCH OUCH that's gotta leave a mark....

Not a real stellar night for the WoO in general, but still got the job done.

You say "not a stellar job", yet 5 of the top 6 were outlaws. How do you figure? Nice to see Doug E. sticking up for the posse just a little bit though. Like normal, no matter where they go, the outlaws are still the best in the country! Also nice to see that the so called fastest car in the country (51) finished 21st. It looks to me like he advance -6 positions. That is impressive.........NOT!

I was there, definitely not a good night for the Posse, even though it started great. Gotta give credit where credit is due, the Outlaws performed when it counted, although, I mean, that's there job. I'm sure the majority of the PA guys will have plenty of time to think about it tomorrow, while there at there real jobs, and hopefully they come back strong tomorrow or Saturday, whenever they get it in. Like my dad and I talked about after Esh whooped Kinser in the heat, Im afraid the 30 team is celebrating too much while the 11 team is fixing things. As usual, Schatz was the man, and I hate to see Craig Keel lose 2nd place on minor weight, but rules are rules. As usual though, us nobodys will sit here and debate it while the real men are working on winning tomorrow, good night

According to mylaps.com, Lucas Wolfe posted the fastest lap of the A with a 18.521. I was just noting that those 5 were also the only 5 WoO in top ten. (if you include Wolfe who has been rumored to drop off the tour)

congrats to All Star Lance DeWease for matching the 17th place finish marker set by Kville regulars a few weeks back.
excellent qualifying runs for the 10 outlaws who made the show on merit. a little light on the split field this time, but all 3 podium spots do TIP the SCALES in the WoO's favor.
puzzling expenditure of a provisional by the 24 which could not muster the staying power to complete an 8 lap heat...nor the B main. maybe corn farmers do a little milking on the side?
too bad the 9k car got screwed out of 2nd place finish in the "trauma at the scales"...as JG put it. Keel struggled most of the year so far and finally had a good run.
the iriony of the Hammer blowing by the outside of two of the hardest drivers to pass in the history of WG racing was the crowd pleasing moment (Rahmer and Kinser)...next to Kinser taking a detour around the track in the opposite direction to a silent victory lane to avoid the backstretch fans.
the much trumpeted points battle for the WoO series was waged from 10th on back...priceless!
thanks to all the B-Day well wishers...the Kettle One went down smooth...even tho the lightweights could not keep up with me.

Not this crap again like the last time someone failed the scales at a All-Star race. Gotta be a conspiracy!!
You gamble you pay the price I guess. It is to bad Keel didnt make weight for being a under budget team compared to the other big dogs PA has.
My boys Layton and Dewease didnt have the best runs.

the trumpeting of the battle for the WoO points lead and the "trauma" comment came from the voice of the series...just relaying what were told as the night progressed.
you will have to search high and low for my prediction of a Posse podium sweep...because as is customary - the skin rash crwod from parts unknow just can't get thru a posse swing without attributing comments to me that were simply not made.
have a nice day...we are in he midst of flod conditions as the black cloud continues to follow the series on several fronts.

funny you should mention politics as two of the best bullshitters (2 clintons for the price of trillions) are locked in a struggle for their political lives...a democrat shit mess that will provide a century's worth of jokes for the late night comedians.
funny watching these vermin get handed the rotten end of the stick by turncoats likeTim Russert who has "seen the light" of the happy son of a muslim.

You mention that you are in the midst of flood conditions as the black coud continues to follow the series, yet you fail to mention that this has also been the norm for the tracks in posse-land also this year. What percentage of race's scheduled have actually been run out East? Do you not remember that you people tried racing in winter again this year, and just like the past few years, it doesn't work out. No matter how much you try to spin your yarn BRR, you will never be right, and your drivers will never be better than the WoO guys.

The "trauma at the scales" was announced in reference to Kinser being light. Then he is announced as legal, and Keel light, go figure.

dirt84 - you are the only person here fixated on weather/cancellations...satisfy your percentage appetite for yourself...but be sure to include WoO's schedule and Kville in your poindexter calculations.
i do not engage in work for the miserable...

Nice to see WoO point leader Meyers make it out of the B without having to take a provisional. Outlaw credibility is on the rise? Except for their scales? All hail the King...
