Why do drivers say it is so good? Think they may know more than a guy on computer. B,Brown said next best track to Knoxsville. But what do drivers know. HAHA

Just because you speak it doesn't make it truth. It is just your opinion. Truth & fact are things that are no matter if you believe in them or not. 2+2=4 is a fact, earth eas a round/sphere shape is a fact, H2O is water is a fact. You can choose not to believe these, but it's still true because they cannot be dissproved no matter what you believe.

Any & all track prep is subjective to opinion. Just because you don't like the prep doesn't mean that drivers, teams, and fans dont & vise versa. Hence ticket sales. So quit thinking your B.S is truth. It's just your opinion

Again none of that is fact at all. It's just you being a crybaby throwing a fit because the racing isn't how YOU want it. Fans don't pay money for dull racing. Especially continue to do so over time, they perceive it as good racing which is why they continue to go to. And drivers & teams like it because the driver can make a difference on a slick track.

Boo hooo, waaa waaaa, you crybaby. You speak no facts just your same broken record tired ass annoying opinion that gets disproven week in & week out when more people on here & social media talk about how good Port was.

It is an opinion you simple minded narcissistic dipshit. Now go away. No one likes you and we have a great night of racing ahead.

Strawser, I bet you the place will be packed tonight. 58 cars strong, you just want a 1 lane heavy track were nobody can pass and your white shirt won't get dirty. Give it a rest already. I thought you were never going back ? I seem to remember you saying that.

GOOD! Then keep your stupid ass at home and shut up about it. No one and I mean NO ONE cares what you think or where you go. This place is currently packed. There are more people than there are seats so your opinion (not to be confused with fact) is in the minority. Now sit at home, watch your lap times and shut the hell up.

I hate being on this side of the argument but almost 20 second laps on a skating rink is fairly Brutal in my opinion.  Maybe if they all  sharpen their skates between periods they can keep up with the rink....I've watched races from Port all summer and this sure appears to be the worst track conditions I've seen to date...

Sold out crowd and Steve O’Neal got promoter of the year for the third straight time by the Hall of Fame. I mean obviously it’s a shithole that nobody likes.

The track is definitely the worst they've had this year as far as any races I've attended but I'm sure they'll work at it as needed. It's making for some good racing now but it isn't gonna hang around all night unless they do some additional prep which they typically do. One things for sure, I'm having a hell of a lot more fun than Strawser is sitting at home bitching about lap times.

I don't have a great view of it because I'm down in turn 1 but I think 3&4 have taken rubber. Additional track prep definitely needs to happen.

Way to use that exclamation point and the over use of periods crybaby. And you didn't disappoint me because again, you have not stated a fact, you have overstated your opinion. It doesn't disappoint me when someone tells me the Earth is flat or the Holocaust never happened. I just simply say, it's round or yes it did happen, you were taught this & you are choosing to deny it, so you're an idiot.

Good for you for attending since 1982. Guess what, it's 2019, things don't work the same. Also, it's not all about what you want. Tracks listen to money at the ticket window. People keep showing up at the gate, they will keep prepping the track as they do, fact. Now keep sucking on your thumb and throwing your temper tantrum on the internet

I have a dead car battery that I haven't gotten around to disposing of yet but I'll guarantee it has a higher IQ than Strawser does. In a previous post some time ago, I explained to him the very distinct difference between "facts" and "opinions" but it didn't sink in too well apparently so you're wasting your time. Good post though. You nailed it.

And I was totally wrong. The track held up for the whole racs.

Port has the worst track prep crew in the Northeast? I will take the surface at Port hands down over just about every track in New York state. A lot places in New York don't even have any track prep.

Disclaimer-I watched on Speed Shift.

With that stated I noticed there wasn’t an enormous amount of dust blanketing the track and making it harder to see the cars. Just because a track is slick doesn’t make it a shit surface. Cars were not entering on the bottom and doing a death slide to the top waiting for it to set. Some of you PA fans must be absolutely miserable if you ever watch a race anywhere.

I was a little worried when I saw the track in hot laps and was also thinking that they would have water and rework the top side at some point but surprise, that track produced great racing all night long. The place defies logic but I'll take slick, multi-groove racing with cars inches from the outside rail any day over a heavy cushion conveyor belt. Good racing is much more important than fast lap times. Kudos to Port for another fantastic event!

Congrats to Reutzel also. That was a very impressive run. Being a posse homer I would have rather seen the money stay in PA but I'm really starting to like Aaron, great driver, class act, very good VL interview.

I enjoyed last nights show so much that I may go back for the in-laws.
