Sad? I'm confused. Chinese racecars are ultra cool but Mexicans are sad? More racism on Hoseheads I see I'm actually selling some to make ends meet since my country is broke and Asia has all the money now. Its all good though. I'm getting around 140 bucks a peice for t shirts since a few people realize what Luna did was truly special and everyone since has settled for average or even Chinese quality. Christ's peace.

I'm not gonna rag you, I'm a ford guy too but maybe not as bad as you. Good luck with the shirt sales. How many have you sold? I've got maybe a thousand of all types and never gave a thought about eBay

I've sold maybe a dozen. Vintage tees never worn are what does real well. A nice old lightly used t with a good design can bring 50 or 60 bucks. Thanks for not letting me ruin your day like some on here

Maybe some ol Roth shirts would help end the suffering. I bet fans really appreciate how he spends a fortune, constantly fires drivers but keeps the car exactly like everyone else's and has no WoO titles in 20 plus years.

More manufacturing moving out of the U.S. is sad. I could care less if it goes to China, Canada, Britain.....don't give a shit. That's more American jobs being lost and that sucks. But since it's Ford I guess you're ok with it. Do you know what a hypocrite is? Might wanna look it up because I think you are one. Casey Luna won 2 titles in 1988 with Bobby Davis when Steve and Sammy were doing their own deal and Wolfgang was doing a true outlaw schedule (pretty sure Wolfie actually won more WoO races that year than Bobby Davis did) and in 1995 when Steve forfeited the title to do his NAPCAR experiment then proceeded to come back the 2nd half of the season and beat everyone's asses to a pulp. What Luna did was special and commendable but without 2 years of greatly reduced competition, he'd have just been another owner like Dennis Roth who spent a lot of money won some races but never won a title. Luna went through his share of drivers as well in the early days because his car was known as a "penalty box". You have evidently wiped that from your memory as well.

You are the one constantly bragging on Fords and bashing everything not made in the USA! If you still want to "buy American" don't buy a small Ford car!
I bet Fords move will cause a lot more Americans to lose their jobs than a few racers buying chassis from China ever will

+1 Ford continues to produce some of the biggest pieces of crap in the American car market. The Ford focus has a junk automatic tranny that Ford denies has issues because a recall would bankrupt the company, and yet they continue to put it in their cars for at least 5 model years, maybe the Mexicans can help them fix it and stop lying to the public about their products.
When Ford can figure out how to make a car as well as the Japanese or Chinese (Kia hyundai) maybe Americans will buy Fords. Then Ford can afford to pay American employees. Until then Ford will compensate for low sales and subpar vehicles by outsourcing to other countries for low wages and cheaper manufacturing. It's the American way.
So keep blaming the other countries for taking our jobs, when it's our fault they have the opportunity to take our jobs in the first place. Maxim and J&J could be next, if they are forced to choose closing shop or moving over seas to compete we will see what happens. Let's just hope a few more great Americans dont decide to go to Mexico (or fill in any other country you choose) and start XYZ chassis company or B & B chassis company and make a good product cheaper than the American companies and force the J & J , Maxim, and Eagles to look for ways to compete for a share of the market or you might see the first Chinese made Maxims in the not too distant future.

Well said. Totally 100% spot on. Amazing how some folks are able to just ignore such things as facts and reality isn't it? Ford isn't anymore patriotic than any other company.

Guaranteed that move will cost more American jobs than Triple-X. In fact, I'm sure Triple-X has probably created quite a few jobs here in the states.

Hey minthess, ignore the clowns with all the negativity. Keep the true fans of the sport informed of the items you are selling. I personally am a Chevy guy, but have enough respect for all of the drivers and owners from all eras and really appreciate seeing the different items people have to sell. If nothing else, just to see what was a part of a particular driver and team. As a true fan who collects sprint car items, I am always interested in obtaining unique parts, clothing and anything sprint car related. A true fan appreciates all there is about the sport, they don't bask in the negativity. If I am not mistaken, your subject line indicated you were going to inform the forum about items. Some people don't have enough sense to stay away from the thread if they are not interested in the topic. Anyway, watch the negative responses following my post. You will witness the people of which I am referring.

C'mon man, don't confuse things on here by actually stating facts! Yep, Luna's titles largely came cause his cars weren't competing against the big three on those years. Throw in Blaney too, who also ran the USA series the same year that Kinser and Swindell did.

Correct. I refuse to buy any American made front wheel drive car. Sorry, but the quality isn't there. You want quality and want things to last, you're looking at Kia and Hyundai. They've even surpassed Honda and Toyota IMO. Not sure why American companies can't build decent FWD cars. Ford makes pretty good trucks. I have to drive Ford F150s at work because that's what my company leases. I am on my third one plus I had two Rangers before and they have all been flawless, going 150,000 miles and more with no issues at all. You'd think they would figure out how to build decent cars.

My wife and I had a 2005 Chevy Malibu that ended up having avout 250,000 miles on it before we got rid of it. The only thing I ever replaced on that beast was brake pads and rotors. It was a good, bulletproof jitney. No complaints here.
