Port Royal Speedway is posting , really lot of money on August 6,2016,if I remember right the sprint purse is around $55,000 plus contingecy awards plus $10000 for the super late models, I would hope most of our central Pennasylvnia sprint cars would make an appearance at Port on August 6,since this is more money then a team could make in 2 weekends of regular racing, we have 2 really nice race tracks that run 410 sprint cars on a regular basis, and we are very fortuante to have so many race teams in our area ,so lets hope we can have a nice showing of fans and sprint teams for this week end at Port Royal Speedway..............with so much money posted for the race teams........

I'm planning on going
But "we have 2 really nice race tracks that run 410 sprint cars on a regular basis"? Shouldn't that be 3?
Are you jumping on the "my track is better than yours" bandwagon?

Thank God. No one wants your old ass there anyhow. All the Pa big dogs will be in the house, except for Marks who, I believe, is running the shows leading up to Knoxville. But the rest will be in attendance.....Hodnett, Dewease, Stevie, Dietrich, Wolfe (duh), Buckwalter & more. And maybe even some Lincoln porch dwellers. Of course we all know that The Wedge, Brian Montieth, will be hanging out with Whizzer doing crossword puzzles.

More then likely the show will move fast as possible , as the drivers have to get out to Knoxville . Some may try to run in the Sunday night race , The Capitani Classic prelim. race . to get more track time and earnings .

.... if you don't think I'm older, just ask anyone that knows me. I have a serious case of the Birthday disease.

Excited to see that Stevie will be racing and signing autographs before the show. And Jeff Shepard will be too .... not racing, but signing (not singing!) Should be a great night of racing!! Found a Randy Wolfe #5W (Keen) button to wear tomorrow as well ... have had that 35 years??
