Am I missing something? What is this new low that you speak of? If my calculations are correct (and I believe I am not wrong by more than a race or two) the WOO have run 39 races this year and a WOO full time driver has beat the locals 33 times. Is that not dominate enough for you?
Congrats Crockett, but throw him in the next 20 WOO races and have him follow the circuit around. How many does he win?
The race went flag to flag and he was on the pole. You've never seen a car out front pull away from stiffer competition before with no yellows?

Just a wee bit mad that Pittman dominated the famed half mile in Central PA?

What exactly sucks about the Outlaws? Im a fan of Sprint car racing so Im a fan of the Outlaws. I dont own an Outlaw shirt, and I dont promote or wave the Outlaw flag in anyway but from what Ive seen, the Outlaws have some of the best sprint drivers in the world traveling around the country racing at all different kinds of tracks competeing with the local competition. Sometimes they win sometimes they lose. Most every sprint driver in the world respects them and most dream of one day racing with them, but you hate them, why? Are you jealous? You like to call them the world of also rans? really? Pittman, Schatz, Gravel, Saldana, McMahon, to name a few can show up at any track, anywhere, any time, and win or at least be in the hunt, hardley a group of also rans. Again I ask what sucks about the Outlaws? Im being serious, Id really like to try and understand what makes you hate somthing that does nothing but promote Sprint car racing by putting it on mainstream media, you are a sprint car racing fan arent you?

Dominated what...the rubber on the bottom?
Might want to watch the broadcast before you jump off that cliff...try not to fall asleep.

Regardless of track conditions, he swept at the Posse's pearl. Or does winning from the front row not apply as impressive for Outlaws, only non-Outlaws a la Crockett? This is more aimed at Cubic than you, BRR - just curious.

No love for Crockett in his own post. Of the 28 reponses only 5 mention his name. Another of the unsung driver's from
the West Coast. Haven't a majority of the first time winners over the last 4 years been from the West Coast?
Congrats to Rodger on a job well done.

Pubicdollars I have to agree with Egras just don't go in fact you are not good for the sport either. The outlaws DO NOT tell the tracks how to prepare the track! In fact at the Grove no one is going to tell her what to do! Another fact is she is as bad for the sport as you! If you do not have an account with the Cushion let me know I'll set one up for you free no charge. Then you tell me that the racing hasn't been great. Friday night they were racing on every part of the track. Sat was a great race just because Crockett won from the front it still had great racing all through the field and excitment right up to the end.

Your grandma's WoO shriveled up and turned to dust long ago. Now they get spanked from sea to shining sea, on four wheels or three.

Never mind Cubic, he is a Posse cheerleader with nothing to cheer about these days. The only guy even remotely close to being a Posse Driver Stevie (I've lived in OK for a decade) Smith (who for the most part left Central PA over 2 decades a go to chase his dream) with a win this year. Now driving for one of the greats in Freddie R. one could call it Posse by their definition but it would be a stretch for Stevie. PA just hasn't produced much at all on the National Level (as far as new drivers go) for a few decades and he's embarassed. Danny D had a couple of nice wins but he hasn't done a whole lot elsewhere, c'est la vie....

Another well thought out, fact supported post. (if you can give me some win percentages by year of the Outlaws and the locals and it shows what you are saying is true, I would be more inclined to listen to your banter. You will find that it is not)
And before I forget, congrats to Roger on his win. Not trying to take that away from him. Just not the big tipping point for the demise of the Outlaws that cubic thinks is imminent.

Big congrats to Roger Crockett, he was definately the fastest running guy out there. He started on the pole but Sweet actually jumped out to the early lead and Crockett finally got the pass on Lap 8 and he handled lap traffic like a veteran.
The one thing I haven't seen anyone else say on here and I wanted to point out was the nice run that TK had on Fri. night at River Cities in GF. The stats don't show it cause they show him as starting the feature in 13th, but he actually had something happen when he went out and had to go into the work area before the start of the race and then tag the back of the feature field so he started in the 24th spot and finished 7th. He was the true Hard Charger but the stats don't show it cause he got credit for starting 13th.

Way to go Roger! Sprint car fans in the NW have seen him dominate for the past 20 years. Finally, maybe the rest of the country can see just how good he is. He has endured Outlaw deals that have fallen through and a transplant operation that had to keep him close to home the past few years. Glad to see him doing well. Go get a few more Rocket!

Dont know the actual stats, but The Crocket Family have about 1,000 main event wins and 30 or more track championships.
