He runs for points every year at WG, and it sure seems he is for port this year, skipped the time trial show at Lincoln for Port.

Port is dark during the Nationals this year, so yeah, I could see him running for points there. It would stand to reason Hodnett could still miss a race this year and win the points up there if he keeps running like he is, a la Lucas Wolfe of 2015.

I think some of it had to do with overall purse.

Don't expect Hodnett to run for points at Port Royal.
