I didn't get to go to PPMS for the Sasquatch 25 on Saturday evening....but gleened a few things from social media....

Someone posted that the track was smooth and fast like last years' Sprint Monster event.

Tim Shaffer was in the hunt again, and I was glad to see that. He looked good winning the dash.

The All Stars kept the 6 wide parade lap which is really cool at this big track. Last year when they did it, it was unexpected and it looked impressive. I was curious if they would do that again and they did. Nice.

Greg Wilson has the setup figured out for this place! He checked out on everyone. I read where he had an 8 second lead at one point? That is pretty sick!

32 cars was a good car count, and Dave Blaney was on hand to compete as well.

On Sunday, the travelers were at Bedford Speedway. I have never been to Bedford, but watching the video, you see a big track as well, really big.

Some of the big PA names were in attendance and ended up taking the loot. Hodnett and Dietrich made it their own personal playground at the end there. Nice race. There were 25 cars that turned out for the race.

Page Polyak competed at both All Star races this weekend. She has been quietly following the series more than I expected. Good for her and her team. She's a good racer.

After a quick start this year, both Andrew Paulker and Price-Parker Miller have been struggling. With speedweek around the corner, and racing at some more friendly tracks for them, I wouldn't be surprised to hear their names at the front again....I also think we will see Danny Holtgraver make it to the front soon.

Dale Blaney was his consistent self again, finishing 2nd and 6th on the weekend. Chad Kemenah has been getting more consistent as well, and finished 6th and 4th respectively.

I anticipate seeing James McFadden, Jamie Veal, and Gary Taylor, to name a few, race the whole Ohio Speedweek as they have done before. I can't wait, it should be a really good week this year. Another guy I hope to see during speedweek this year is Derek Hagar. He stuck his nose right in there last year and impressed quite a few folks with his driving. He did a great job, so maybe he will be able to come to Ohio again!

A little addition to the PPMS show.

Tim Shaffer also had a great showing in the super late models finishing second.
