Would there be any campgrounds still available to camp at during the knoxville nationals? We are looking for walking distance from the track.

Call rick and joy vandonsler. They have a website at vandonsler.com. The website has a form that you can look over to see the prices for lot size, hookups, ect. The campground is only acouple of blocks from the track.

Absolutely--like suggested, call the track or VanDonslers Auction service. We camped in one of VanDonsler's lots the last two years, and there were 6 or 8 open spots at the back by us. I don't think I even reserved til May. North campground was not full either I don't believe.
Good luck!
