Can anyone give me an idea of what its like camping in Lot 5 by the woods..... Quiet or really rowdy at night??

I have camped in lot 5 for years and the woods does tend to attract a little more of a party crowd. Nothing too crazy but if you are looking for something a little more laid back best off staying out of the woods .
