If you have a child between the ages of 14 and 17 that will be entering the pits this season, you must have a minor waiver on file with the track.

Download or print out the form. Fill it out COMPLETELY, except for the parent signatures. It must be signed by both parents in front of a notary!! The notary will then do their part.
Then bring the form with you to the track along with a copy of the child's birth certificate. Or, you can mail both parts to the office at:
